I dropped in for a couple classes while in Stl for a week. The people and coaches are incredibly welcoming and supportive. The facility is top-notch, and the workouts were fun and challenging. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting town looking for a welcoming and motivating gym. CrossFit Maryland Heights is awesome!

I first came to this gym in 2019 wanting to try something different and challenging. Over the next 6 years I achieved countless PR's lifting, made many new friends, and ended up marrying a fellow member. I'm so glad I decided to drop in all those years ago.
