Highly recommend! Found the staff to be very nice, professional and efficient. They are working really hard and have always helped me and answered my questions with great customer service. The managers and staff care about the health and well-being of the customers, and I appreciate how thorough and dedicated they are to keeping me safe. Thank you! So convenient to be in Schnucks, too.

I have NEVER gotten my mother's monthly prescriptions filled without having to call and ask for them or initiate a call to her Dr for refill orders. That is not my job. When I call every 4 weeks to initiate refills or try to fill deliquent meds, the staff complain about how busy they are instead of doing their job responsably.

Horrible customer service. Everytime you go here they are all so unfriendly and seem uphappy to be there no one ever smiles. You at all argue with them or let a cuss word slip they will ban you from their pharmacy. This place is a joke

This is the store we chose because they are open 24 hours. Pharmacy sadly is not 24 hours anymore. Good service in the drive thru.

I called in refills of 3 prescriptions last week. When I arrived they only had 1 ready. I explained that I was out of these medications and she said that they would not be filled while I was there but not until the next day. I completely wasted a trip. This is not the first time they have screwed up either. Terrible to their customers.

I realize they are busy and are human beings that get tired, but the lack of customer service and empathy is painful. Please CVS teach these very book smart people the soft skills as well. One of the worst thing Schnucks did was hand it over to CVS. But Money rules the world
