Several visits and calls.
ALL have been negative experiences. Employees have been rude, short, and otherwise inconvenienced by my business. I suggest you choose a different location.
I understand pharmacies can be busy, BUT customer service is usually reasonable enough. That has not been my experience at this location. With each interaction I walk away with the impression that the employee of the day despises their job. In spite of my optimism I’ve been made to feel I was a nuisance to these employees.
Just one example:
When I was prescribed an injectable for the first time, one that requires a sharps container, I asked questions about the medicine and administering the medicine. Pharmacist had to get off the chair and come to the register. They had nothing to offer other than a heavy sigh and suggestion to read the inserted info. I found out from the enclosed info I needed a sharps container, that this was a true injection, and that it needed to be refrigerated. A note, I was the only customer.

New pharmacist is rude. Not helpful. Seems irritated when asking questions about prescriptions. This is very dangerous as people may have questions that they don't feel comfortable asking because of the new pharmacists attitude. I've been using this pharmacy for over a decade and I'll be switching to anything but CVS.

Scripts ready, but they never inform me. Scripts on auto-refill, but they're never on time. Three months ahead on some prescriptions. Terrible scheduling.

They are always understaffed and on the phone when I come in to fill a prescription. They are kind enough but there is always a 10 minute wait.

Absolutely the sweetest and most caring pharmacy techs I have ever met. August and the young brunette man (forgot his name sorry) are always so quick and efficient with their service. Plus their hours are so good considering most pharmacies close before majority of people get off work. LOVE THEMMMM❤️❤️❤️
