On Saturday closing time is 6pm, was the cvs front desk at 5:57 and the lady said they are closed and told me to come tomorrow. They do not treat people well and understand that medicine is necessity. Really pathetic service and employee should be disciplined.

Apparently there are no restrooms for customers. Ask anyone if there is and you will get cutoff mid sentence. Very rude security guard.

The pharmacy is ALWAYS busy!! They need to put more people in the pharmacy so they can get the prescriptions done in a timely manner. I had to wait 2 days to get meds from the emergency room filled...yeah that was a big help...not... please corporate hire more people!!!

This is a terrible CVS. If you need something, find a different CVS. We are actively looking for somewhere else to transfer our prescriptions to. They are constantly making mistakes, don’t answer the phone, don’t return a voicemail — to the extent that it is affecting our health. Once I realized this location has 2 stars …. it confirmed that I need to find somewhere else.

The worst pharmacy.
Second time I've gotten a notification my prescription was ready.
Get there the next whole day.
It's not ready.
Told it would be expedited and ready in a half hour.
It's now 2 hours and 50 minutes later.
They don't care and I'm very dubious the people working here are even licensed.
My last experience was worse.

Customers are neglected when calling the pharmacy, you can't speak to a person when calling the pharmacy and your call is NEVER returned. I waited in line behind a customer for 45 minutes only to be informed I needed to wait another 30 minutes for a prescription I was told it would be ready in an hour. I just called and a recorder navigated me to the voicemail to leave a message for a call back in an hour that will NEVER be returned. CVS is the only pharmacy that you can't speak with someone, there lines are never really long but the Wait time is UNBELIEVABLE and there's 6 employees in the pharmacy.

I got here 15 minutes before they closed and they still would not let me in. The security guard had already locked the door, stating that the cashier had already closed the register. I actually need medication. Terrible, terrible place. Terrible customer service. Very disappointed. Breaks my heart. Place should be shut down or staffed better.

I was told by a hiring manager to come in the next day to talk, I came in and asked a cashier if they could get him for me. It was always he's not here. With such attitude. The customer service is so horrible here it's crazy.

Absolutely horrible every time I come in here. It is the only pharmacy that I have access to within a reasonable distance of my school. No matter what time you come you will never get out of here in less than 40 minutes for a simple pickup.

Worst convenient store experience I've ever had in St. Louis! Went to get medicine for a cold and pick up some allergy medicine for my partner. The medicine shelves were a hot mess with boxes strewn about and had almost nothing on them. Tried to ask for help from staff and no one was available. Left without buying any medicine :( I'm going to Walgreens.

the current pharmacist is very nice and I can only think he’s being punished for something by having to work here, the seventh circle of pharmacy hell. get your prescriptions filled literally anywhere else.
