Store is cluttered with waiting to be stocked items that block aisles. Pharmacy staff can be curt and slow to respond. Store is very dirty.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! The pharmacist is rude, and slammed the window in my face and refused to fill my prescription after waiting 35 minutes in the drive through. I was told that my prescription will be ready by 2 PM, at 3:15 PM I was told it would be another 30 minutes, so I told him I would wait, rather than go to the back of the line. He proceeded to slam the window in my face and shut down the drive through, then refuse the fill my meds. I will not be returning to this location, I suggest to go to a different location!

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced, outside are bums and drugs, doesn’t seem safe, either clean up, get it together or close the store, South side is trying to come but not with stores like this trashy on!!

This is the worst pharmacy with terrible customer service. I’ve had it today, and, yes, I was a little rude and impatient because my medicine was not ready after earlier today i was told it would be ready. When I got there waited 30 min in the drive thru when it was my turn window close saying to come in side went inside was told it would be a week to fill because he is busy. S was the worst. CVS is the worst. was going to have my prescription transferred to a different pharmacy but I felt that S is incompetent to push the button to accept the transfer because he is to busy.Call customer support which I was on the phone with him for 45 minutes they couldn’t get S to answer the phone Either. Now two days later and spending 6 hours on the phone to help me get my prescription filled found a pharmacy that can fill it, but I have to wait till after 2:30 which totally ruined my whole holiday weekend because I was supposed to leave my house around 8 o’clock to go out of town but now I have to wait till 230 and my weekend is ruined. Hire more people or don’t accept new customers. Hope S doesn’t make a mistake filling someone’s prescription because he’s so busy. Plus when ask for someone to get in contact with me from corporate office was told they can’t guaranteed that. This just tell me that CVS corporate does not care what their customers think.

This has got to be the worst CVS I've ever been to in My Life... Trash outside.. drug addicts frequent the back of the building. 2 employees max that refuse to help anyone with products or even check out. Merchandise on the floor and unopened bins everywhere. Shelves empty and empty merchandise boxes everywhere.no security!! I could take anything I want out of this store. I live behind this store and it's within walking distance but Id much rather go somewhere else!! Management needs to help!! This store isn't shoppable and I can't even believe they are still open. Clean it up or shut it down.

Got there at 7:40 p.m. with the doors locked but the hours state they close at 8:00 p.m.

Arrived minutes after 5PM on a Friday (tonight) The online in store pickup option expected earlier in week was not ready same day as promised. Due to emergent job duties at a hospital in Arkansas, their missed deadline resulted in me without important pain relief medication the pharmacy didn't attempt to fill, resulting in me requesting in store pickup that was promised same day. Over a day later, I was paged for work reasons to Arkansas. Order was not ready. I returned today during business hours for a product that should have been filled by pharmacists, so I opted to order out of pocket. I already paid for product that was a day late. I arrived around 5:02 pm after driving over 6 hours to be told they were closed and would not retrieve the medication I paid for many days ago. It was mere feet from the people saying they closed at 5. Then they unexpectedly closed earlier than posted hours.
Also, they are frequently out of stock of many items, such as distilled water, vitamins, etc.
