Went to pick up 2 prescriptions today. Guy at drive thru window showed me one prescription, then took it back when I asked about other one was told they were out but earlier in the day said they would get it ready. When I asked about the first one that I saw and had in hand, they told me they were out. Seems they never have prescriptions in the building. Very poor service.

I get that pharmacists don’t have the bandwidth to answer the constant calls that come in, but the voicemail function is absolutely useless and frustrating. Let me talk to a real person or at least leave me a voicemail back if I’m not able to answer at work. It’s a game of back and forth that just wastes time.

I pick up all of my RX's from this location. I have been pleased with the service that I receive....but...
The window could use a good washing, it is so filthy it concerns be about the inside.

Shelves are very bare and I keep getting called to say my prescriptions are ready but when I get there, there’s still a 15-40 minute wait for stuff. Can they just hold off on notifying that’s it’s ready until all of it is ready?!

Have gone multiple times in the morning and they are not open. Everything I can find says they are open at 8 but even after that time still not open. Every time have to go down the street to Walgreens. Just not going to try anymore.

Hey don’t even bother trying to get a prescription here, they closed up an hour early on a Saturday with no posting on the window. I work in healthcare, you tell your patients that youre open til six youre open til six no excuses. I worked 45 minutes past my scheduled shift today to help my patient. Absolutely sick that no warning was anywhere, and then when i called the cvs customer service they called me back on a private number inappropriately to tell me I shouldn’t be angry about not having my life saving medication I’ve been dependent on for five years. Disgusting way to treat patients. At bare minimum put a sign on the door.

This is my pharmacy and I've always had good interactions with the staff. There is sometimes a wait, but I do know that the volume of customers/ short staffing can play a role in that. I really enjoy using the drive thru, it's easy and convenient. The pharmacists and staff are always really helpful and answer any questions I have. I haven't made a ton of purchases inside, when I have I do notice a shortage of some products. CVS does have a good rewards program and offer some pretty legit coupons. I love their 40% off 1 item ones that come through my email and in my account. I often use these on makeup products, and I've also used it on a humidifier which saved me a decent amount of money!

Some of the most unfriendly people that ever walked the earth. Walked past two associates, not a smile, not a hello nothing. Then got to the pharmacy and got the same from them. Go elsewhere if you can.

I went to the CVS the other night . And what a great service I received from Armando, he was polite and considerate about me finding the right product I needed.

This place is a shit hole. Waited 5 mins for someone to come to the register so I could pick up an online order and was greeted with a mumble "do you need something?" Found my order and handed it to me and said "here". Rude all around. Awful people skills.

this location always has empty shelves no matter what department. I had loaded my card before going as follows: $0.43, $0.05, $5.00,$5.00. when I got to the register there were two people gabbing with a sign in front of them saying next register. well since I didn't see another I waited for acknowledgement which finally came in the form of \"use the check out\". HUH? self-serve is what they meant, I said do you not have enough employees to check out (there was 2 of them there) he said corporate doesn't want them using the registers: because they are not trust worthy or because corporate like them socializing with each other. now to my rewards, $0.05 showed up and so did one of the $5.00. when I asked for help he said I'd have to wait because he was checking someone out, I said well you could have checked me out! I had to show them my app and what was on my card, he then went over and did something on the register and said here is your receipt. looking at the receipt he gave me both the items for free but under coupons applied is 5.00 and 4.18. told him next time I'd hang around until I saw someone at the self-checkout then he'd have to ring on the register. the whole thing was ridiculous,
