This is my pharmacy and I've always had good interactions with the staff. There is sometimes a wait, but I do know that the volume of customers/ short staffing can play a role in that. I really enjoy using the drive thru, it's easy and convenient. The pharmacists and staff are always really helpful and answer any questions I have. I haven't made a ton of purchases inside, when I have I do notice a shortage of some products. CVS does have a good rewards program and offer some pretty legit coupons. I love their 40% off 1 item ones that come through my email and in my account. I often use these on makeup products, and I've also used it on a humidifier which saved me a decent amount of money!

Some of the most unfriendly people that ever walked the earth. Walked past two associates, not a smile, not a hello nothing. Then got to the pharmacy and got the same from them. Go elsewhere if you can.

I went to the CVS the other night . And what a great service I received from Armando, he was polite and considerate about me finding the right product I needed.

This place is a shit hole. Waited 5 mins for someone to come to the register so I could pick up an online order and was greeted with a mumble "do you need something?" Found my order and handed it to me and said "here". Rude all around. Awful people skills.

I refuse to patronize businesses that only have self checkout. Won't be back.

this location always has empty shelves no matter what department. I had loaded my card before going as follows: $0.43, $0.05, $5.00,$5.00. when I got to the register there were two people gabbing with a sign in front of them saying next register. well since I didn't see another I waited for acknowledgement which finally came in the form of \"use the check out\". HUH? self-serve is what they meant, I said do you not have enough employees to check out (there was 2 of them there) he said corporate doesn't want them using the registers: because they are not trust worthy or because corporate like them socializing with each other. now to my rewards, $0.05 showed up and so did one of the $5.00. when I asked for help he said I'd have to wait because he was checking someone out, I said well you could have checked me out! I had to show them my app and what was on my card, he then went over and did something on the register and said here is your receipt. looking at the receipt he gave me both the items for free but under coupons applied is 5.00 and 4.18. told him next time I'd hang around until I saw someone at the self-checkout then he'd have to ring on the register. the whole thing was ridiculous,

Update: I went back to get a couple of last minute items and was discriminated against, and told that I was a thief. See video attached. Where do I start! So many red flags at this store. I use to shop here very often but slowed down. I went in there the other day and they have a new staff. I have never experience the disrespect and lack of help I had to endure the other day in the past. it was my first time ever getting a prescription filled at CVS and it was my last time to! First off the pharmacy manager Ado has his entire family working in the pharmacy! How is that even ethical or allowed? He clearly has bias against customers who doesn’t agree with how his family treat them as a customer. He called himself taking up for her instead of teaching her how to do her job! He made a racist remark towards me, and also threaten to not give me my medicine. he refused to give me the first name of the person who treated me badly. It took them over 2 1/2 hours to give me my medicine. to top it all off the store manager, Jason was present, and was equally as rude and prejudice. I wouldn’t recommend a dog going to the store. It’s a think this happened all because she didn’t know how to do her job and tried to take it out on me and I wasn’t going for it.I been living in this community and going to that CVS longer then y’all been working there! Never have I once been treated like I was yesterday!

They refused to honor a 30% off coupon that was given to me. NEVER going back.

The CVS that I used to go to was so nice and helpful, this one, they can't be bothered. I apologized even though it's not my fault (people pleaser here) for a prescription mess up and she just said "okay bye". Over the phone that was rude but when I actually went to go pick up my prescription everyone was really friendly so maybe I just got a bad egg.

There's a dude that works here and seems really knowledgeable on the products here, and there is a lady on the front that's really passionate about giving customers good service. Otherwise, a pretty decent location.

Worse service ever. I had a medication for my dog needing signature, I was not home and they redirected the package to this CVS (not my choice) I tracked on UPS and received notice it delivered at 1145. I called the store to confirm. I was informed by Debbie it was there. I arrived at the store around 3 pm at which time I was advised by both male employees the package was not there. I was now in panic mode as the meds were needed for my dog with congestive heart failure. I had them check three times and still nothing. I went to my car and called UPS at which time one male employee came out and advised they DO have the package and it was placed in the UPS outbound??? When I asked who the store manager was they advised they did not have one!! This needs to be addressed. In the meantime I will find another way of receiving his meds

The pharmacist at this location is a lonely, unhappy little man who needs to learn some manners. I’ve never felt so disrespected.

Just the other day I spent half hour in the drive through. Most times the wait is usually at least 15 minutes. I will transfer my prescriptions to Medicine Shoppe. I’ve never had to wait more than 5-7 minutes.

Called the store to get information on a,script that was supposed to be sent from my doctor's office. Cvs had not re eived it. I asked if they could call my Dr and find out why it had not been sent over and the girl I talked to said No I would have to call and get the scrip sent myself. I'm sorry isn't that the pharmacy job? The girl at cvs was not helpfull at all and didn't offer any advice except ",,you have to call them" next time I'll go into the store so I can give her my Scare stare and let her know I don't tolerate dismissive behavior.
