The pharmacy tech checking people out today was very rude and blunt. Wouldn’t let me check out my toothpaste with her because she “doesn’t work for Target” I got my meds but she was very rude and unfriendly. If you’re having a bad day, you don’t have to make other people’s day bad too.

They had my prescription for 5 hours and it wasn't ready. I called to get an update and was told it wasn't even on the list to be filled yet. When I expressed my urgency on the phone and if it could be filled by today, the lady on the phone started laughing about it. I asked if I could speak to the pharmacist (since she thinks my condition is funny) and she then hung up the phone.

I have always gotten prescriptions at this pharmacy and gotten good service. I even got both my flu and COVID-19 booster shots last October. The pharmacists are very friendly and professional. I recommend CVS Pharmacy at Target for both your prescription and vaccine needs.

I've recently switched to this location (despite the former being less than a block away from my house) and definitely will be staying.Great customer service here and the pharmacist on duty is always great on my explain.

The pharmacy manager there went out of his way to help my wife find medicine she needed on a weekly basis. The dosage she was going to was on back order, and they were out of the current one she’s on. He looked up other CVS’s in the area and called two just find one that could hold one for us so we could pick it up. He’s always helpful and willing to answer our questions.

Felicity and Sal are the freakin’ DREAM TEAM at CVS in Target Hampton Village. I got signed up for an immunization quickly and with the BEST customer service I have experienced in a long time. AND my shot didn’t hurt! Thank you so much!! P.S. Felicity… did you get some new ring tones for your phone? (I am belated in posting this, so I hope she gets the joke.)

Went to CVS in Target to transfer prescriptions went to the pharmacy had eight people waiting. The pharmacist was given a shot to a customer and he was the only one working so I left went home did the transfer online of my prescriptions and yet to hear anything about the transfer tried to call today11-3-22 and was put on hold for 15 minutes. Don’t think that’s the pharmacy I want to transfer my scripts to.

I've been standing in line for twenty minutes, was the only person, and haven't even been acknowledged. The drop off window got attention and the line behind me was growing. As someone who has worked in pharmacy before, this just isn't acceptable. I'm still waiting. Service is always slow. And I mean... SLOW. A new manager is needed. This is getting ridiculous. Like - why is this pharmacy even here? What is CVS management even doing to improve things? I usually have a ton of patience, and I'm very empathetic. But there is very rarely any justification for ignoring a line that is a whole aisle long. Then, finally being helped at the register I had been standing at for 25 minutes, there was no apology to anyone of the 10 people in line. So... yeah.

This CVS in Target is the absolute best! Mike the pharmacy manager is beyond helpful, remembers customers, helps out with getting prescriptions figured out for me, my partner, and my pets....even when the doctor/vet/other pharmacy transfers have made things difficult. The team there is amazing. Mike helped me get my dog's seizure medication in time when another pharmacy ran out at the last minute and now always asks how he's doing. Felicity I believe was her name, went out of her way to help me on the phone several times with a transfer from another pharmacy for cardiac meds for my partner. Another woman, I'm going to completely mess up her name, but it was something like Reneese.... is so very friendly and has helped me figure out the right coupon when the seizure medication was super high one month. People like this make tedious everyday life tasks so much easier and pleasant and I appreciate it so much! I don't know if this company has little things like employees of the month or CS bonuses, but the three of them deserve all the best things!

The constant mistakes (such a filling Rxs at the wrong location), bad information frequent out-of-stock drugs and absurdly indifferent employees finally drove me out of the Hampton Village CVS.

Staff is very friendly and fills prescriptions within a reasonable period of time, even when short-staffed. They will also search for the best coupons available at the time for maximum savings if you're paying out of pocket. I've also never had any issues with them only being able to do partial fills due to being low on certain medications. In summation: fastest, most efficient, and affordable pharmacy in the area.
