This CVS Pharmacy is the busiest pharmacy I've ever been to, however, they typically have 7 to 10 people working to keep up with everything. They always take care of us properly and speedily. The workers there are always polite quick to do their job, and willing to help in any way. The pharmacist's are always friendly and helpful in all they do, even though they always are wearing 3 hats and juggling many duties.

The pharmacist does his best but high volume means delays and special orders of items. Not in stock. Pharmacist is often overwhelmed but tries to find best options for high cost items when my very expensive insurance fails to bring low prices. Wish there was not the daily closures obviously due to not enough staff. I will be looking for better option.

I went to the Pharmacy and that all went fine as always but I bought a Covid Test at the front of the store and this Angela at the checkout was extremely rude. Not a good experience at all from this person :(

Continuously understaffed and don't care about their patients. Texts routinely say prescriptions are ready but when you get to CVS, they claim that it will take another 30 minutes to get the scripts ready. They are underperforming every single day. Not once has anybody greeted us with a smile or friendly attitude. Things need to drastically change at this CVS or they will loose significant amounts of customers. 8 cars in line and 30 minutes to way for horrendous service is NOT good business. When will CVS learn?

As usual they are not accepting my GoodRx coupon, even though they are contractually obligated to do so. Even though my medication was supposedly ready. I’ve been sitting at the window now for almost 15 minutes waiting for it.

Lines are way too long, savings card system was down, not really an option to come back another time in hopes that it’s working, and when I call I have to wait at least 25 minutes. Staff is nice and respectful.

Most of the time I get great service in the drive thru at this spot. But had one awful experience recently where we pulled up to the order speaker & window and the woman who was at the counter as we pulled up as the car I front of us left, and she just never came back on her own. We had to push the buzzer and call on the phone to get her back to the window and when asked about it, she blamed it on another employee not paying attention to the window customers. But it was her and I truly do not see how she couldn’t see us if we saw her so clearly. Keep in mind that it was a horrendously hot day and my AC was broken at the time. Extra unhappy with the heat added.

Worst service.
I asked at the pharmacy for some supplements and they looked annoyed. They said they don't know if they carry it or not. Just the isle number.
At the front, only one person with the worst attitude ever.
I regert not going to Walgreens today.

Almost impossible to get thru on the phone. Waited 17 minutes to speak to someone. Not overly friendly personnel.
