Great service, my Advisor Curtis is someone I trust with his professional opinion. He does not not try to oversell products or services.
My only complaint is a 3% upcharge for using a credit card. Very much disagree with this.

First time I can say by a car from a dealer Was absolutely a great experience. Got a good deal on the car. The sales people were were nice knowledgeable, and friendly. I would recommend they declare Ford to anyone who’s thinking about a car.

I arrived early and they got me in. The general oil change, tire rotation on my 6.7, Super Duty etc was quick and I was back on the road in no time at all. The folks I talked to were polite. I’ve been in a dealership that it seemed as if none of the employees wanted to be there. Not the case at Dave Sinclair. Smiles and friendly folks abound.

Have a problem with charging in my 2023 Ford lightning truck. It was tested thoroughly yet, nothing was found wrong with it yet. I picked it up and took it home and the same problem persisted with the Ford charging unit that they sent me. There’s definitely a problem and we’re looking into it. The technicians and Service Director at Dave Sinclair Ford know that there’s a problem because I sent them pictures and they acknowledged it. We just have to check it again and again. Then we have to narrow it down to find out what’s wrong. Dave Sinclair Ford is giving me great service and trying very hard. Sooner or later, I’m sure they will get to the bottom of the problem.
Unfortunately, or fortunately, depending on how you want to look at it, the problem is not with the vehicle. Dave Sinclair Ford is done an excellent job in eliminating any problem with the vehicle. The problem I’m having is apparently with the Ford charging unit that I was provided with directly from Ford. After many attempts at trying to fix it through Ford, I am going to have to employ a third electrician to try and find the problem. Ford, has not reimbursed me for the first two electricians, one to install and one to reinstall a new charging unit.
Hopefully, Ford, will reimburse me for this third time as I am making a claim that they said they will review.
Regardless, Dave Sinclair Ford has gone above and beyond to help and try and find the problem. The truck charges perfectly at the dealership, but consistently goes into default at my home. The problem is not the truck or any service issue with the dealership. It is with the charging unit provided by Ford,

Dave Sinclair Ford made the process seamless. The initial contact with Aaron, sales manger was quick and easy. He maintained communication and got us set up with Pinky, salesman to get the deal completed in a timely and professional manner. 10/10 recommend.
