Dave Townsend is the absolute best! He helped us purchase our first home in 1998 and sell that home in 2020 as we moved to FL. When I needed to sell my parents house in 2025, I knew Dave would be the guy to get it done. Trying to sell a house from another state can be difficult but Dave was there to help no matter what came up. He went over and above from listing to closing. We would absolutely recommend Dave Townsend and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Dave is an absolute rockstar! Working with Dave and his team was such a smooth process. We found the home we wanted, and his team was able to help us put together an offer that landed a dream home!
More importantly, Dave listed our home on a Friday and we had a contract for purchase on Monday!!! Everything was coordinated with absolute expertise. Dave did everything he said he would do. Dave brings professionalism and experance to the job. He has the correct contacts and procedure. His experance enables him to adapt to the market to get the best yield and gets it done quick. A realestate saleman can list the home and put the sign up. Dave takes the extra steps. The best part is how he limits the viewings and provides an elliment of anxiousness from the buyers by accepting bids. From the time we called Dave and till closing we only had 20 days. Thanks Dave, we will call you again when needed.

When my mother was ready to sell her home that my parents purchased 60 years ago, she insisted she would have no one but Dave Townsend. She had known him for many years and knew that he was smart, honest, and hard working. He did not disappoint! He was skilled, not only in keeping my mom as stress free as possible through the process, but also skilled in maneuvering through all the twists and turns that this 60 year old house required. It was a pleasure to work with Dave Townsend on the sale of our property. From our first meeting it was evident he was an expert in his field. He had several properties to review with us and had some great ideas of small things we could do around the house to make it more marketable and bring a higher sales price. Dave had the answers to all of our questions and we felt he was a step ahead the entire time. Our home was under contract fast at a price we didn't think we would see. David Townsend is one of the finest individuals you will ever meet. We chose David to sell our home on Wilmar Pl. in St. Louis, Mo.Our home sold fast!David had an open house and approximately 17 people looked at our house in one day. Out of the 17 we had 6 offers, all for more than we were asking.We were overwhelmed & David gave us some excellent advice to help us choose which offer to accept. Dave is 100% a great choice for a realtor because he goes above and beyond. I think the thing I appreciate most is that he has an excellent balance between taking your wants/needs into account and also providing his expertise to assist you in making the best choice. Working with Dave, I never felt like I was pressured to do anything I didn't want to, but I was also brought out of my comfort zone at times, which ended up being a really good thing. Dave is extremely knowledgeable as he has been in this business for a long time. He sees a lot of the details and really takes him time when walking through properties. Dave treats his clients like they are friends he has known forever, which makes it very easy to trust him and know that he is going to work hard to get you exactly what you are looking for.
