This establishment is completely professional. I was immediately greeted and they were on time with giving me my vaccinations. Every question I asked they were able to answer. I wanted to know if the vaccine was live vs inactivated and she answered for me also I asked to see the expiration she showed me the fresh bottle which was cold and kept to correct temperature. After the injection which was smooth and very clean administration, they imputed my information immediately into the state database which is really important and gave me immediate proof of vaccination. I will go here again for any pharmacy or vaccination needs. As a high level nurse 100% approve this place for any healthcare needs. Also a BOB

Very impressed and satisfied! I called to see if they had the Novavax vaccine and they immediately knew what I was talking about (unlike CVS). Confirmed availability and that it was the updated 2023-2024 version. When I arrived, I waited less than 5 minutes for my injection. The pharmacy tech showed me the vial so I could confirm, put on a mask, and gave me a vaccine record card without me having to ask! They were extremely professional, welcoming, and reassuring. I would recommend them without reservation!

So I am very late with this review, but I had an incredible experience here getting my Covid shot twice.I am an EXTREME needle phobic, I have very serious sedatives that I am prescribed for each time I have to get a needle as I will be uncontrollable. Knowing how terrified I am, I could only manage to get the J&J as I could t stomach the thought of going once and having to go again in 3 weeks. I first called them ahead of time in May 2021 to warn them and ask them if I could come in. They went above and beyond and said that I could come in after closing so no one else would be in the store and they can just focus on me. This was all the confirmation I needed that my decision to get the shot with them was the right choice.They were so kind and understanding and got it done extremely quickly! I can’t remember the name of the lady who administered the shot, but it was so fast and painless (I did use numbing cream). But I was overwhelmed with gratitude as every good experience I have helps give me courage for the next time I have to get a needle.A couple months later I went back for a booster and they accommodated me to come in after closing again.I genuinely can not even begin to express my gratitude with how lovely and understanding they were. Just the gesture of letting me come in right after closing is something I can’t even begin to explain my appreciation.THANK YOU DELLWOOD PHARMACY! Thank you for giving me a good experience with my vaccinations. these good experiences will help me to be able to be brave and get updated vaccinations in the future.

I appreciate what you are doing for the community! I searched all around for covid testing & nothing. Word-of-Mouth led me to Dellwood Pharmacy and I was able to get my test as well as results in the same day w/o an appointment. Idk how the bigger chains can’t do it but you are and I thank you!! Will now go for all my pharmacy needs & be sure to let everyone know.

Update: 1st visit was much better than the second visit with the lady. Its not bad service at all. They’re kind, but a noticeably different experience.The older guy administering shots and tests has a great personality and is amazing with kids. Plus they’re quick.

So I've got a story. I went in to get my covid shot. Needles are my phobia. Rebecca was fantastic with me. I ended up having a panic attack and they let me spend about an hour in their bathroom to calm down. Every time I thought I was ok I would start to have another panic attack again. They were SO kind to me, gave me free water, and called the ambulance for me when I asked them to. I didn't feel judged at all. They were only concerned. They're also African immigrants. The bottom line is that I would DEFINITELY recommend them.
