I had a tricky exchange situation. Amanda at this store was very helpful with dealing with the curve ball, multi-tasked while doing it and getting things done. In a world where there are plenty of places to shop from, those that focus on customer service stay on my list. Thank you Amanda for your help today.

Wry clean and organized store with a plethora of options. The only thing I didn’t like is that one of the associates was having a very long conversation with another customer, she could’ve at minimum have acknowledged us instead of having us sit with no help

I was looking for walking sticks none of 3 employees knew were these were located. This store needs to train them by giving them a tour of the store .
