Lack of customer service.
I love this store usually
The other night my wife and I came in and looked at treadmills and other large items. We where in the area for a long while and not one person asked if we needed help. Store not crowded and not overly busy. No one greater us or when when left said anything.

This location sold my raffle win for the Nike Air Jordan 3 Black Cat, even though I was within pickup hours. I also had to wait 20 minutes in the shoe section for assistance. If I could rate this location zero stars I would. I don’t recommend this location. Just all around bad.

This is not a store I frequent often and I don't see that changing after my visit this evening. We passed no less than 10 employees and NONE of them acknowledged our existence much less offer any help. I won't be back. I suggest online shopping in this case.

I'm not giving it 0 stars because it's not possible, but I would give it if it were possible. I went into that store and no one could give me a reference to what I was looking for. On the website it told me that the product was available and no one knew how to give an answer. I will rarely return, but only to pick up something that I have already bought online. I hope that someone responsible for this complaint reaches the ears of this person. My visit was 8/13/24 around 5 in the afternoon.

Went in to purchase running shoes, found a pair the salesman asked if I needed help, I said yes I wanted to try the shoe I found. He said he would get it, then he started helping another gentleman, I waited a few mins then I asked if he was going to get the shoe I wanted to try, he smirked and said sorry I have to help this gentleman. I left the store. Maybe because I was not caucasian that happened? I don't know, but it was very poor customer service and business.

I had a tricky exchange situation. Amanda at this store was very helpful with dealing with the curve ball, multi-tasked while doing it and getting things done. In a world where there are plenty of places to shop from, those that focus on customer service stay on my list. Thank you Amanda for your help today.

Wry clean and organized store with a plethora of options. The only thing I didn’t like is that one of the associates was having a very long conversation with another customer, she could’ve at minimum have acknowledged us instead of having us sit with no help

I will never shop here again. 90 day return is not a thing. You have to not have worn the shoe at all and have the original box. Manager was not accommodating, they offer no options. The shoes in question were worn once. I didn’t need to tell them that but I did. I asked the manager if I should go to another store and lie and tell them that they have not been worn then they’d take them back. The worker was uninformed when he told me they always take things back that he just needed approval from the manager. Apparently sales must be down. Never again.
