I bought a BOBS smoked chicken on the 6/30/25 and the next day I got food poisoning. I called and spoke to Dana a mgr on duty and she did refund me.. but what I really find disturbing is that head quarters calls my place of employment ( never gave them my work #) and the lady on the phone proceeded to gaslight me into thinking I have the flu. Today I’m feeling somewhat back to normal with just a head fog and nausea. I was nice enough to not get an attorney involved but it seems as though I should considering how I’m being treated. It’s unfortunate because this was my favorite place to shop.
DO NOT BUY THE ROTISSERIE CHICKEN. The staff aren’t apparently trained on food safety!

I was shopping for a Doordash customer so time is of the essence. You are not allowed to use self check. One cashier, line way back in the aisles. An employee walked by and politely asked if he was a cashier by chance. He replied nope, without making eye contact or slowing down. Long story short, added no joke about 15-20 minutes to the customers order i was shopping for
