Nice produce, self-serve salad bar with extensive options, deli counter with hot foods and BBQ, fresh sushi. A bit pricey for regular pre-packaged foods like coffee, cereal, pasta, etc. so I shop elsewhere for those items. Vast bakery section with many enticing options.

Nice enough grocery store. It’s not typically crowded. I can usually check out fairly quickly, which is nice. It has a Starbucks inside.

Tired of spending 20 minutes checking myself out because no lanes are staffed at night. Time to see how other stores are with staffing checkout lanes in the evening. I'm just sad because Dierbergs has been my favorite for years. Doubling customer in-store time and cutting a job doesn't seem like a decision that benefits the community.

I'm only writing this review because this is the second time I've had to deal with a rude cashier at checkout. I frequent this store because of its selection and location. The staff is usually pleasant and helpful. The store manager is amiable and happy to help however he can. I typically go through self-checkout, but I sometimes go through the checker lines to use my points. That is what I did this morning...The cashier I had today was blatantly rude to me but very eager and friendly to help the other people around me. At first, I didn't care; I could wait, but I tried to engage with her, and she ignored me. I know she heard me because the three ladies at the other cash register started talking to her, and she didn't hesitate to respond. So I tried again to be friendly and maybe pass on some good energy if she was feeling stressed... nothing. I don't know why she decided to dismiss me, but when I paid, she handed me the receipt without a word or looking at me. You know how Dierbergs are; they go above and beyond with politeness and wishing for a great day... she had nothing to say to me and wouldn't even look at me.I'm not saying it was my race, but I was the only one who should had her full attention, and she gave me none, made, me wait, and ignored me while she talked to the other ladies who were in likeness with her. I didn't say a word when I took the receipt and left, but it was the 3 minutes of confusion and awkwardness. Next time, I'll overkill her with kindness.

Purchased Dierberg's gift cards through our church script program. Our church sells all kinds of script cards as a fund raiser in volumes. However, Dierberg's deducts 1.50 per month from their gift card balance after the card is 1-year old. I purchased a $100 gift-card that was only worth $75.00 when I shopped at Dierberg's. Not sure how Dierbergs legally gets by with this policy; but I will not go back to my church and ask them to pay the difference.Less than impressed with Dierbergs on their service level, their product level nor their integrity! Certainly not the Dierbergs that I am accustomed to!

I received some disappointing news that this organization does not allow fundraising outside their stores anymore... only for select organizations such as girls scouts. They claim to be all about the community and pour back into it but that is obviously not the case. So they move into our communities, take business away from small businesses in the community, then when organizations in the community ask a favor from the store (aka standing outside it and selling raffle tickets to support small private schools in the area like has been done for yrs) those organizations are told no. No explanation, just no. What harm is children selling raffle tickets to support their local sports teams and private schools hurting you, Deirbergs? Nothing "home town" about them. Just a big chain store with corporate policies no better than Walmart.

What a lovely supermarket! I'm new to this state and needed a replacement for my supermarket back home. Dierberg's is just the place! Great quality and delightful atmosphere!

Very nice cash register young man name Manny was very helpful. The whole market is very clean. Love the selection. We will use this location for our groceries from now on.

I have been shopping here since Iwas a child and I am 34 years old. Never in all of my days of shopping have I been accused of stealing. I have never stolen in my entire life and I have a clean record. I am disgusted and appalled. I definitely will never shop here again. This isthe highest insult I have ever been given in my life. I run a store alone at times, I am around thousands of dollars a day. Why would I go to your store and steal anything? I was followed around the store. I bought a cake and ate it. They watched me eat it. As soon as I went outside, they checked my bags and my book bag. Trying to publicly humiliate me. And what did they find? NOTHING. Obviously, if you followed me around a store, you would see that I had not stolen anything. I thought I was being paranoid that I was being followed because why would they follow me? I believe that lady was racist. I don't know why out of all of the shoppers, I am the one that was followed. Did you not see people with their reusable bags? Did you not see people with bookbags? Why was I singled out? Was it because I had on a beautiful dress with sparkling necklaces and a glittery scarf? Are you mad? I have dressed the same way and shopped here with the same bags befor, so why do we have a problem today? I feel betrayed and I can't believe you associated me with theft. How dare you! All day long, I run a store mainly by myself with a cash register full of money with no security guards yet I have never stolen from there and it isn't even my store! Are you insane? Go follow a person in a hoodie. Go follow someone who looks like they are trying to hide. Why follow me who is literally out in the open, buying a cake in front of you, sitting down to eat my cake and having a nice time? You ruined my nice time and I am never coming back. I have already called corporate. Every review website, I will trash talk you and you can best believe I will trash talk you on video too until I get an an apology

I was so disappointed by my order from Dierbergs. I ordered $396 dollars worth of items from the catering service on the website and prepaid. I received an email saying to arrive promptly at the scheduled time so I did. When there was one person serving customers, two people making trays and two people talking and not even acknowledging the customers. The person who was putting food in the case asked me if I needed help. I informed her that I was there to pick up party trays. We found out that we had to go to several different places in the store to even get the trays and that they weren't ready. Two of my items hadn't even been made and the people working there except ( Melody who went above and beyond to help) couldn't be bothered one person went as far as saying "he wasn't on the the clock." The first tray brought out to us wasn't ours and the fruit on top was bad. Melody went around the store collecting the trays from the different departments while they prepared the ones that weren't done. The trays were prepared nicely and they had a lot of stuff in them. The shrimp on the seafood tray was over seasoned. Everything else was good. I'm hoping this is an off time because we have ordered before and it was not like this and I would still give them another chance because the food quality is usually good.

Got hot food their wings were dry and uneatable i should have known when the chef hesitated to sell me them walked out walked right back in after trying them went to return my meal and had to wait 35mins to have a manger sign off on the return took my cash walked over to lu luz china bought two meal one for my wife and for my self and it was horrible i cant win fxxx dierbergs

Slow service. Prices at register didnt match printed packaging. Other items not in the system. Took so long resolving issues that I didn't have time to stick around for refunds. I felt like I got scammed walking out.
