I picked up my medication at this pharmacy and this young girl w black shirt was cashier . She was very rude , handed change back by trowing it in my hand and not even saying Thank you !
I responded by saying Thank you to her and her response was silence..

My family has switched to Dierbergs Mercy pharmacy from Walgreens. Everyone we interact with at Dierbergs Mercy pharmacy is friendly, caring and so pleasant... doesn't matter if we call, use the drive up or walk in. We go out of our way to use their services and they are 100% worth it.

Normally I would give Dierbergs 5 stars But for the last few months, the quality of the produce has gone way down hill. I can no longer get edible celery, two weeks ago the cherries we bought were inedible, and today I pulled five rotten potatoes out of the way to try and get two decent ones. When I got home and cut the end, it was rotten halfway through.

Not like it used to be but what is anymore? Much fewer personalized check out lines as they try to have you scan your own groceries so they don't have to staff as many employees. Products displayed throughout many aisles which makes it inconvenient when it's crowded with other carts. It appears to me a little out of town competition would be beneficial for the consumer in our area in South County.

Unfortunately their remodeled store leaves a lot to be desired. It is apparent that it was designed to eliminate employee positions. Dierberg's was always my go to store sonce moving to Oakville 15 years ago. This was due to the customer service. Saturday I went to Dierberg's to due my grocery shopping. I checked out at the self service area (Which has increased in number apparently to eliminate cashiers positions). After checking out with my 25 items I wanted to cash in a winning scratchers ticket which was conveniently purchased from their self service lottery ticket machine. Here is the rub. There is no customer service counter. I looked at the 2 express cashiers in the area with "Customer Service" signage. I asked the cashier who was at the self service checkout area where do I go to cash in my lottery ticket. She said you have to get in the express lane line and inform the cashier when you get to her. There were 6 people in the line to deal with these 2 cashiers so I left. What happens if people want to conduct Customer Service business (i.e. pay bills, money orders etc)? Now the people waiting to cgeck out are delayed while this business is conducted. I rekalize is not the employee's fault. I realize it is not Management's fault. I realize the remodeling decisions are a corporate decision. Unfortunately Dierbergs has really fallen short in this regard to maintain the customer service that its customers have come to expect from Dierbergs

I ordered a fresh turkey on Nov.11th to be spatchcocked (split) and picked up 2 weeks later on Nov. 26th around 4pm. Excited to finally be picking up the turkey . . . I gave my name to Brad (who was the only one there) at the Meat dept. and he was happy to oblige. Five minutes later, he is still frantically looking for my turkey with that worried, disappointing look we all get when someone on your team has dropped the ball! My bird was not there! Somehow he was able to find another one and he had to cut it himself and kindly asked me to be patient while he took care of my order. Not only was he so apologetic for what had happened, he was quick and eager to resolve this issue! He came through for the Dierbergs Meat dept. on Telegraph and for me. I, in returned deeply expressed my appreciation for his time and helpfulness . . . thanks again Brad . . . . Happy Thanksgiving brother!!

I have been going to the Dierbergs store on Telegraph Rd. for years. They have several things that I love that other stores do not. My husband likes Schnucks. So for the past few months or so, I've been going there for his favorite things and just getting things for myself from there as well. Today, I went to Dierbergs. Never again! Their prices are ridiculous. My three favorite items have increased in price. The Encrusted Parmesan Asiago Risotto Balls are about 1/3 the size and $2 more expensive. $2.99 for 1 Risotto Ball is a joke. The Chunky Grape/Pecan Chicken Salad is $10.49/lb. REALLY Dierbergs? The price of this alone has risen drastically in 3 years. The stuff is good, but the price is just greedy. And then there is the Chicken Cordon Bleu from the fresh meat counter. Normally those are $5 for one. Now.......... they are $7 for one chicken breast stuffed with a very small amount of cheese. If you honestly think that your die hard customers have not noticed your cutting back on quantity/quality and raising your prices, you really need to think about what you are doing. Sure, the store looks great, but it's not your customers who should be paying for the new look. It's sad that you've lost my family's business. I'll stay with Schnucks now.

Me and my 4 friends went after lunch at bread co because it was in the same plaza. We were looking at some cute Christmas socks and were planning on buying some. The manager was looking at us on the phone and we got scared so we started to leave. She said we were loitering and had to leave.
