I went to the James Avery counter at Dillard's the last time they had their usual buy 2 charms get a free bracelet deal.
I already had a charm bracelet with two charms from the previous sale the year before, so when I bought two new charms I had the lady behind the counter move my charms around so my bracelet appeared even.
Not even a month later I noticed that one of my original charms (“dog mom”) had fallen off after being moved and then 2 months after that, the second original charm (“flower”) had fallen off.
I called the store after the second original charm went missing, because I do not believe in coincidences, and I was told that all they could do for me was put the flower charm that I found back on.
Why? So it can fall off again? Lol, get real Dillard’s.

Came in to return an item. Sherry insulted me and stated as soon as you scan a upc, that the computer will know who and what type of payment was used to pay for the item. Obviously, that was not the case after the item was scanned. She refused to offer a return to a non opened box, sealed item and stated you better get out of here before I call my manager.. I had just left a business event and was given the item as a prize. They stated it was purchased at Dillard's. Horrible customer service with rude, uneducated or trained employees

I needed a sport coat and was only able to get service at Dillard's. The other stores either did not have what I was looking for or I couldn't find anyone to help. Dillard's was very friendly, took time to help me find what I was looking for. I felt like I was the most important person to them. Great service!

Emma at the perfume counter was such a sweetheart. She was very attentive and patient while bae and I sampled probably over 20 fragrances. I hope Dillard's understands how lucky they are to have an employee of her caliber. Anytime I decide to purchase a new fragrance you can trust that Emma at Dillard's will be my 1st and only stop. Thanks for your patience and knowledge Emma!
