arrived at 10 am ... told no appt. .mmmappt!
Was going to leave but told they could take anyway ! So stayed ... but advised ... long wait ..
turned out ... short wait = Safety/Emmissions!!!

We’ve been bringing our cars to Dobbs for years (this time for a new alternator and battery), because the service manager Connor at the Sunset Hills location is so knowledgeable and has always treated us respectfully and fairly, giving us the straight scoop and never overselling unneeded services. In fact, Connor has been the service manager at several Dobbs locations and we’ve followed him even if the drive was a bit further because of he’s so friendly and professional, and the technicians at his locations are always top-notch.
