I’ve been a Dobbs customer over a decade . I’ve had a few issues with them before, but this time I decided to leave a bad review.
The first time was when they replaced my AC unit but didn’t fill it with Freon. The second time, they said they replaced the horn on my cargo van with a new one, but they actually didn’t.
Now for the third time, I bought another set tires for my pickup truck. They told me I had broken parts and that they couldn’t do the alignment. I took the truck to the dealer, and the dealer confirmed there were no problems at all.
I’ve bought several sets of tires from Dobbs and trusted them for years, but after this repeated dishonesty and poor service, I can only imagine what they do to other customers.

I’ve been a customer at Dobbs for 13 years. I’ve had a few minor issues before, but this time I’m very upset. I purchased four sets of tires and was trying to buy one more set, but it didn’t go well

Got me in quickly and service was completed in the timeframe they gave me.

My car literally froze up as I pulled into Dobbs parking lot. Within moments at mechanic was out and was able to move it to the side of the building. Repairs were quick and the truck was available the next day. Very good and professional service.

Had to have my tires rotated. Went to Dobbs in Oakville. They had my car done quickly. They are always professional.

I had a 10 am appointment for an oil change. I waited 1 hour and my car was still on the lot. So asked about it and wouldn’t you know, I was the next one up. So at 11am my car went in for the services.WHY HAVE AN APPOINTMENT?

Great service and they had the new tires on the car right away. I thought it would be a all day service and they had it done in 3 hours and they were packed with customers.
