Typically I would have given this store 5 stars, so let me get into why I’m giving this 1 star review. I have been going to this dollar general for as long as I can remember, probably since I was in middle school and now I’m 31 years old. So it’s def safe to say I’ve been a loyal and regular customer for a very long time with no real major issues. Today however, I went inside and saw the item I needed but the prices were conflicting because 2 were in spot and 1 was in another spot so I asked if I would get honored the cheaper price for the single item that was sitting under the cheaper price. The manager Randy, came over to “assist,” I suppose if that’s what you want to call it. Randy then asked me “so you want the cheaper price just because this item is sitting there?” She then threw her hand up in the air, and told the young man helping me to “just give it to her” as she rudely turned her back towards me, and proceeded to walk off AS I WAS STILL TALKING!! Talk about rude. I decided I didn’t even want it anymore if it was going to be that much of a problem. So I returned maybe about 30 minutes later, to ask the young man who assisted me what her name was, in which he told me her name is Randy and that after I left the store the first time, they did a price check on the item I inquired about, just to discover the cheaper price I was trying to get honored, was indeed the correct price after all. Go figure! Anyway, long story short after shopping there since I was child, I will no longer be spending another penny there. You should never treat customers that way especially customers that have been shopping with a company for years on end. But hey, great job in losing a loyal customer. I ended up going to Walgreens for the item I needed, and was treated much better.

I love this Dollar General...the workers and kind helpful not in the "I have to help way,but in the "I want to help way...store is well stocked..clean..great music..the guy cashier really came thru one day as I was short a dollar he gave it too me..a light-skinned young man...but like I stated The manager and workers are great . Keep it up

Signs everywhere state all customers must wear masks. I came in on a Sunday Evening. Everyone I could see was wearing a mask. Except for the cashier. However, no one was rude and I did find the items I needed. Some stores have it on lock and all employees follow rules, some stores obviously haven't managed this as well.

They help an direct u 2 what u looking 4 if ask stocked only problem I have here if have a lot of items receipt is always wrong checked when got home a $1 short so check be 4 get 2 far

Dollar General in my area allows me to get some much needed walking exercise while having a vast majority of the things I need.The cashiers are always helpful and kind making my many visits there more pleasant.

I would give a 5 but, I am unable to use website to be able to get their discounts. Otherwise, store is handy and usually have what I want.

Excellent service from all employees... Everyone was so helpful and willing to help without me asking... Also making suggestions ... Will be going back! Thank you! Me being an ex- COVID person, they really made it easy for me!???

Store was clean and well stocked. Staff were nice and kind. Didnt give 5 stars was because the holiday displays were not good. All the way in the back of the store and a small section. Come on people ??♀️
