My last 2 visits were very unprofessional. They open late and close early. First encounter I came 15 mins before close to grab some waters and wasn't let in by the manager blocking the door, who turned me away because he said they were closed. Asked why they closed early and was given attitude. Very inconvenient. Then today I arrived after 8am opening time and the door was locked. I waited and watched the manager pull up late and all the employees walk into the store but still locked the door behind. The manager greeted a customer who had been waiting at the door a while with an attitude and went back n forth with her as he was still blocking the door. Very unprofessional. Needs new management asap.

ALL of the employees were late and when asked about the hours the women kept walking the guy with the locs got an attitude and said that they have to open the registers. I thought that you had to be there on time for that but it's whatever at this disappointing place

This store never has much to offer shelves, always empty. Depending on the shift, if you will get great cashier or not.

Good selection, I did have to wait for an employee to come to the register. I wasn't acknowledged for a minute.

I arrived at 7:50pm and a man was standing at the door blocking it and didn't allow at least 5 customers in.
I knew exactly what I needed and where it was in the store and the dude wouldn't even look at anyone. I asked why it says they're open until 8 and he just raised his arms.
Recommend going to a different dollar tree or hit up family dollar.

In a word disgusting from the filthy parking lot to the ride "management" inside. I walked in and got a gift bag and walked to the kitchen area to look for chip clips. Every aisle is dirty and not organized. I had my headphones on. A women in the front of the store just yelled at me and yelled at me "hey you in the leather". Didn't come up to me but just yelled across the store. She then proceeded to say that I needed to check my bag with her. She didn't identify herself and didn't seem to have any identification. I did not see the check bag policy anywhere posted in the store. and did not see anyone else adhering to her policy so I left. She was in the front not really doing anything and it looked like the floor help needed some help with stock. This is why people shop on Amazon to not have to deal with this nonsense. I think there needs to be better training of management staff if they want to work with the public.

Check out rough. Two ladies up front talking but were not checking out. Only one cashier. After waiting 10 minutes in line one of the ladies came out of back office and said she would be back. 10 people were in line. I was helped a few minutes later and still one cashier.
