Friendly workers but their freezer section was really bare, as were different spots around the store.

0 customer service. Smells like dead mice. Fresh stock all over, but boxed up. Nothing on shelves - JUST DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS! Parking lot is dimly lit & dangerous. Strong smell of weed in store. Won't be back to this store at all.

Alright, so you’re wandering through Dollar Tree, convincing yourself this is just a “quick trip.” You only need some tape and maybe a couple of those plastic bins that always seem like a good idea but never fit in your cabinets.
As you turn a corner, you spot something absurdly random: a tiny, off-brand gadget that you didn’t even know existed. Let’s say it’s a handheld milk frother. A milk frother... at Dollar Tree. You laugh to yourself, Who the heck needs this? But then the little voice in your head says, It’s $1.25... what’s the harm?
Fast forward, you’re at the checkout. The cashier doesn’t bat an eye—this is Dollar Tree, after all—but you’re standing there, secretly wondering, What have I become?
Cut to later that night. You’ve decided to test this thing out, so you pull out a mug, pour some milk, and fire up your shiny new frother. It sputters like an old lawnmower, sending milk flying everywhere—your counter, your shirt, even your cat. But miraculously, it works... kind of. You’re now holding the saddest, half-frothed mug of milk anyone’s ever seen.
And yet, you feel proud. You sip your lukewarm, foamy coffee and think, This is the life. Sure, it’s not Starbucks-level, but for $1.25, you’ve become a DIY barista. You sit back, milk-stained and slightly sticky, knowing you’ll absolutely go back to Dollar Tree to see what other useless treasures await.

I like this chain. I can usually find what I'm looking for and a lot I hadn't considered... LOL. It's slowly taking on more of a family dollar/dollar general feel, though.

This might be the worst Dollar Tree in metro St. Louis. Dirty floor on the inside, overgrown grass outside, no one at the checkout, apparently on purpose, w/two people sorting things from one cart to another. All the while they were talking trash about a third person , who was trying to stock shelves. Incredible.

During my visit the store was clean, but some of the shelves were under stocked on items and there were those trolley things blocking a couple of the isles.

Large parking lot, I never have trouble finding a spot. Great central location, and the staff is really helpful and kind. I shop there every month.

My teens like to walk there for snacks and whatnot, but at least 3 times in 2 weeks store is closed at any given time past morning, though handwritten sign on door says closing at 5pm. Unreachable by phone to inquire about store hours. Something is up, but no way of finding out.

This store keeps closing at 5pm. They posh a sign on the door instead of changing their hours on google. It’s extremely frustrating. I’m a healthcare worker and work 12+ hour shifts. I send my packages to the Amazon locker, so they aren’t stolen while I’m at work. When I get off of work and rush to the dollar tree to get my packages and see a sign that says “closing at 5pm” it’s extremely frustrating and waste of my time when I’m already tired. This has happened one several occasions and it’s an inconvenience. My packages are being sent back to Amazon because of this store closing at 5pm with no warning. Very unprofessional and I will no longer be using this facility.
