I found most of the household goods I was looking for. They were out of my allergy medicine tho. The Cashier wrapped and packed my 4 glasses very careful and they made it home fine.

I've generally had good shopping experiences here. Over the past two months when I've purchased "Perfect Purity" after shower powder, after a few uses, I was no longer getting powder from the container so threw it away. The last container of the same product did the same thing, even with my receipt the cashier told me that there are no returns on used items. I mentioned that the vendor needs to know about the issue and she said that she'd mention it. With the number customers that come through there, how likely is it that she'll recall the issue unless she wrote it down, which she didn't do. I was not concerned about the $1.25 plus tax refund as much as the vendor of this product looking into why the container caps suddenly clog. I've used this product for quite some time and it's only very recently that this has happened and twice in a row.

Best Dollar Tree in the world all because of ONE EMPLOYEE!!!!! See for yourself on the pictures I've uploaded. This guy was constantly stocking and helping customers. I've never been in a Dollar Tree where an employee was so thoughtful and attentive. I sure wish I had asked his name. God bless this young man for giving his best as an employee. Unfortunately, we are currently living in a society where customer service is blah at best in most of our purchasing experiences.

I will NEVER EVER in my life shop at dollar tree again. I have my receipt and the manager was like we don't do returns you need to learn to read your receipt (rude as can be with an attitude) with her cosigner of an employee I was like I am sorry I didn't realize I needed to read my receipt. You need to leave my store now (throwing her hands in the air acting all kinds of crazy) go somewhere and do this I am not dealing with you or this. What kind of customer service is this now I see why every place is closing down and people shop online. I spent a lot of money at these stores but I WILL NEVER AGAIN SHOP AT A DOLLAR TREE. Stuff is cheaper at Walmart or online anyways, it last longer, and I don't have to deal with her stank attitude. I worked in customer service well over 20 years and I would never in my life treat a customer like she did. #dollartree #customerservicematters #youcannottreatpeoplelikethis #shoponline #neveragain
