The associate who helped me was SUPER nice, SUPER helpful, and SUPER professional at her job, but, while she was ringing up my purchase there was another associate with a service dog (that was panting and looking very thirsty)sitting at the cash register one over from mine, having a VERY LOUD personal conversation on her cell phone !!!I had to raise my voice in order for the associate helping me to hear me.Very unprofessional behavior and a complete turn off.Not the first time I have experienced low level behavior from an employee at this location.Done .

My daughter in law and I went to the Crestwood Dollar Tree on Watson next door to the new Ollies a few weeks ago. We were buying 12 glass vases for a wedding reception. We were looking for boxes with cardboard dividers that we could put the vases in so they would not break during the ride home. The cashier said they didn't have any and that we could look around...We looked and couldn't find any. She said the manager wasn't there to help us which was not true. She then started checking us out and was putting all of the glass vases in the same bag, not wrapping them...Common sense was not a quality of this lady. I said, excuse me, are you really putting all of those glass vases in the same plastic bag? She said yes. Ok, so we had to take all of them out and wrap them each in their own plastic bag because they didn't have any paper to wrap them in per the cashier. Then, she said, did you buy 12 or 13 vases. We said 12. She said, oh I charged you for 13, so can you just go and buy one more thing! We were like NO!! Give us a refund! Then she called her manager (who was in line purchasing something behind us)...who she had earlier told us wasn't there....She had to call her manager out of line to come and refund us. Does this cashier not know how to issue a refund??? We were stunned to say the least. Lack of customer service, lack of manners, lack of trying to at least help us even a little bit...just not there. Terrible experience and we will never ever go back there!

It's a pretty average Dollar Tree in terms of selection, but is nice and new since it took over the old Tuesday Morning (RIP). I always find something fun when I go here

This store doesn't ever have helium for balloons so I don't understand why they have displays up. Employee couldn't even tell me if any other dollar trees in the area had balloons or not and didn't seem to care one way or the other. This location seems kind of worthless.

First time at this location.Will be the last.Rudest, most inept employee I have ever encountered at any Dollar Tree ever.Elderly white man, tall with gray hair and reading glasses.I walked in and received no greeting- he was directly in the entrance sweeping leaves.When I got in line to check out, he said nothing again- no acknowledgement- finally, I said to him, good evening, how are you?Also at check out, I asked him to please put the mirrors I was purchasing in separate bags- he looked at me like I spoke a foreign language he did not understand. Guess that was too much to ask for.He haphazardly put the rest of my items in bags- which I ended up rebagging myself.He must really despise his job. This man is much to too old to be treating customers in such a cocky and snarly manner. That's something a teenager would do.He needs to drop the attitude.I get that this is Dollar Tree and not Niemann Marcus, but some common courtesy is not too much to expect- even at Dollar Tree.
