Female older customer service worker was very rude. I placed my order, but I couldn’t bring myself to eat it because she immediately went into the back once I Once I placed my order.🧐😩🫣🤢🤮

I would highly recommend ordering from another location as the employees, or “manager” was basically yelling at me on the phone “oh my god” when trying to explain what me, the paying customer would like to order for my wife’s birthday bouquet. I run a company myself and this is far from how I would treat my customers. The 5 minute phone call ended with me NOT placing an order here. Now I’m looking for alternative ideas when this was a tradition her and I both look forward to.

I placed an order being hundreds of miles away blindly and the only thing I can say is they were right about Tanya. Customer Service was lacking and they say Certification Happiness. Please.... thank goodness my parents were happy with the gift/arrangement overall. I will say the delivery driver gets 5 stars and a huge Kudos. He was so nice and patient with the situation and that is what made it an ok experience overall.

Absolutely terrible experience. The customer service here is awful, just as all the other post say. The “manager” there is extra rude. I called to let them know that the incorrect arrangement was sent and she immediately was defensive. She said to me, and I quote, “well someone else ate it. You know he’s not the only one that works there”. The arrangement was dropped off at a front dest and was all wrapped up when he got to it. She started to tell me that it was delivered at 11AM and I did not call until 3PM. I let her know that was because I did not receive the arrangement, my fiancé did for his birthday, and we were both at work so that is why I called later. She continuously told me that it was correct and that I was wrong. The then interrupted me when I was kindly trying to tell her what we received and said “why don’t I just call (fiancé name)”. I told that was okay and she can do that.She then called him and accused him of lying right away with an extremely rude tone. Again, she said that some one ate them and he let her know that when he got the platter, it was still closed and on the desk as it was when delivered. Ultimately, she said that she would deliver an extra six chocolate covered strawberries to the location that the previous order was placed. He agreed that that would be OK. They day came and went, and there is no delivery of the strawberries. We reached out to the email in regards to this and the email forwarded us right back to her.Again, this is possible the worst customer service I have ever encountered with a “manager”.*note: the lady who took a message for the manager to call us back, when I first called, was very sweet and apologized for the mistake. She should be the manager.

Just wanted a bouquet with something Christmas. Ordered over the phone. This was a difficult conversation. For $76+ I got a very basic fruit bouquet. Nice but not what I had requested. Getting my point across was difficult due to the language barrier issue I had with Tanya the manager.
