This institution is the one with whom we have our auto loan. We have never had a problem with them until now. By their mistake, they deducted two loan payments this month, which caused my checking account to be overdrawn. Not only was my account overdrawn, but I also received two overdraft fees from my financial institution. They told me that to correct the problem, I have to go to a third-party credit union, withdraw the funds, and then go to my credit union to deposit the funds. It was their mistake, yet I have to correct the issue by wasting my time and gas. I have no choice but to do business with them since they hold the title to my truck, but I will never recommend nor use their services ever again. Totally disgusted right now. And all this mess right at the beginning of the holiday season. Not good at all.

We have done business with the Maryland Heights branch for a number of years and have nothing but stellar service. Especially the branch manager Ethan. Definitely a place that cares about thier customers. Also, the tellers provide a very peaceful and inviting environment.

Staff are very kind and courteous. Easy location to get in and out of (Manchester&Baxter). Unfortunately, the terms of my cd ended and I was out of town during the 10 day grace period. My fault for not setting up instructions before going out of town. My cd automatically flipped into another cd with an unappealing rate and terms. I asked to transfer to a cd within Electro that offered more favorable terms. I was informed by staff and supervisors that the $325 early withdrawal fee could not be waved. From a math perspective, the math did not add up. Electro had the potential to earn thousands from my account, I had the opportunity to earn thousands also. Seems like a win-win situation. Instead, Electro accepted $325 and the closure of my cd account.

Iv been trying to get a personal loan now for almost a week… They tell me every time they will probably call me back in an hour and then they never called me back… The one lady I was working with gave me her personal extension and her phone number and told me I could call her back. She was there till five. Every time I called her, it would go to voicemail, every time I would leave a message I would never get a callback… Absolutely terrible.

Worst bank ever been!!! Lending team never call back and my insurance company sent a check on the 3rd of may and the bank has yet to cash it to close out my auto loan and has been sitting for 15 days. Stay away this fraud corrupt credit union

Samantha Blair at the Mid Rivers Mall Dr location was amazing! She really took the time to take care of my financial needs. She was courteous, polite and extremely caring and very professional. Abby Watson is also very caring and polite and professional as well. I’m very happy that my credit union has these individuals available for my financial needs. They really care! Thank you ladies!

Bought a new (used) car from Verizon, the car rental people. Both Verizon and ElectroSavings Credit Union were great! As a result we now have a great Pacifica!

I went in for a loan at a really difficult time in my life ans Sarah Hulsey helped me. She not only took the time to make sure I had and understood all my options but she made sure I made the best choice for me by just taking the time to listen. And through all this she also helped my son with his account. I could not be happier with my experience.-Jamie

Nothing but problems. We’ve had problems with payments around the holidays and now the check engine light in our car came on for the first time and we tried to use our extended warranty and were told that they had our car at a completely falsified mileage when we bought it and are saying that we’re outside of warranty.

My experiences at this branch of Electro Savings have been very positive.A large part of those experiences have been great due to Tashia Williams, a Relationship Specialist at this location. Ms. Williams is one of the nicest, professional, knowledgeable, and, in my case, a calming bank employee that I've encountered.Due to unfortunate circumstances I've been in lately, I've been left in a state of confusion and overwhelmed in my personal life. Ms. Williams has helped me no less than two times to figure out and sort out what I was trying to do with accounts at this branch.Tashia Williams is a great asset for Electro Savings and wherever she may be. She has the perfect skills to deal with the public.Thank you!

My wife and I have our accounts and loans with ESCU, and have aleays loved them. When I needed to use it for business purposes, like getting 1000 1s, they had no issue assisting me either. Great staff.

I read some poor reviews and I'm sorry that some have had bad experiences. As for me, everyone has always been pleasant and helpful whenever issues arise. Electro Savings has served me well for over a decade.
