I went in for a loan at a really difficult time in my life ans Sarah Hulsey helped me. She not only took the time to make sure I had and understood all my options but she made sure I made the best choice for me by just taking the time to listen. And through all this she also helped my son with his account. I could not be happier with my experience.-Jamie

Nothing but problems. We’ve had problems with payments around the holidays and now the check engine light in our car came on for the first time and we tried to use our extended warranty and were told that they had our car at a completely falsified mileage when we bought it and are saying that we’re outside of warranty.

My experiences at this branch of Electro Savings have been very positive.A large part of those experiences have been great due to Tashia Williams, a Relationship Specialist at this location. Ms. Williams is one of the nicest, professional, knowledgeable, and, in my case, a calming bank employee that I've encountered.Due to unfortunate circumstances I've been in lately, I've been left in a state of confusion and overwhelmed in my personal life. Ms. Williams has helped me no less than two times to figure out and sort out what I was trying to do with accounts at this branch.Tashia Williams is a great asset for Electro Savings and wherever she may be. She has the perfect skills to deal with the public.Thank you!

My wife and I have our accounts and loans with ESCU, and have aleays loved them. When I needed to use it for business purposes, like getting 1000 1s, they had no issue assisting me either. Great staff.

I read some poor reviews and I'm sorry that some have had bad experiences. As for me, everyone has always been pleasant and helpful whenever issues arise. Electro Savings has served me well for over a decade.

The level of customer service at each branch is consistently good. I’ve visited them for shared branch services over a number of years and have since decided to open an account (based on my customer service experiences). Thank you Electro!

This place absolutely sucks. Nobody answers the phones, there is no direct line to connect with somebody at the bank. Electro line has failed us every time. They take overdraft fees out every possible chance they get, even if you have money in other accounts, move it over in seconds, you'll still find they've taken 30 dollars out. One time I was checking out their loan department, I told them not to run my credit and she ran my credit "on accident". Accidents should never happen at banks and it seems they hire accidents all the time, from incompetent workers to rude customer service. Take your money elsewhere, its safer under your bed.

Pre-approval processing on locating and processing our new vehicle was a GREAT experience!! We have been with Electro for some time now and they have ALWAYS been there when we needed them the most! Keep up the GREAT work!!!!!!

If I could rate a 0, I would .... I am so fed up with this place! I am livid! Every single person says something different ... tried saying I missed 2 payments in year 2019 when the loan wasn't even established until 2021!!!!!! So yes, I have questions! Yes, I am extremely mad! That is my credit... none of u are taking accountability and responsibility for the mistakes u have made..repeatedly. I finally get someone on the phone again today and she won't explain anything to me, is extremely rude bc I'm upset about what is going on, and hung up on me ! Yes..hung up on me ! I called back and it went to a voice-mail? Hmmm. This is disgusting. I have never been treated like this in my life! Then she said she can't tell me if they've been reporting negatively to my credit? Well.... what can you tell me ?! This is beyond ridiculous. All of you have no business working at a place dealing with people..absolutely disgusted with this place. Let's see if you respond to this faster than you do to my phone calls .. please call back and explain what the hell is going on.

I was refused inside services at Electro Savings Credit Union in Maryland Heights Missouri because I refused to remove my head scarf. The teller did not ask me to remove my N95 COVID mask.

The absolute worst credit union to get a car loan from. My car was totaled in 2019 my insurance paid its portion, Gap insurance paid its portion and the car dealership paid its portion and there was still a balance left over. No one would work with me. I’m being charged late fees for a car I don’t have. No one will return my calls and every time I call to speak with customer service they’re very rude and unpleasant to speak with. This has been the worst decision I’ve made. I wouldn’t recommend this credit union to anyone.

Electro Savings Credit Union has been my "go to" for all my financial needs for 20+ years! Each and every time, staff has proven to be the best in the business. Recently, Rickey assisted me at the St. Peters branch. He was kind and quickly helped me resolve the situation I had encountered. Thanks Rickey!

I have been with them for over 20 years they are attentive to their members. They offer mobile and online banking. If you're out of town there are shared branches you can use as well.

Worst credit union ever. They checked my credit "by accident" when i was asking about loan options, I specifically told them l did not want to screen to see if i qualify yet, whelp they dinged my credit. They also have taken hundreds of dollars in overdraft fees, when we have money in other accounts. The overdrafts have often been due to their system errors and they make you jump through hoops to get your money back. Ive had to see a manager in person multiple times to fix the overdraft fee error. They have changed their rules so many times its not worth it . By the time you can get ahold of someone your just fed up. For several months i had no access to an account that was overdrafted, they finally fixed my accessibility, but the total fee amount was not refunded i should have ALWAYS had access to that account. The system goes down at least once a month, sometimes unaccepted overdrafts occur and i was not refunded. i asked why they wont wire my funds from my other bank (their sister branch) and i was told they just arent doing that right now without any explanation. I chose electro because i banked with their sister bank" So if you want your money deliberately held from you then go ahead and join them. They only give you a tiny amount online if you choose to mobile deposit a check, and the remaining funds take almost a week to hit your account, they dont care if you have bills to pay their too busy not working. They never answer their phones, have 1 rep daily while 2-3 employees will be in an office and the other reps are behind desks, doing what? You can never get ahold of them. nobody can reassure me that my money is accessible then what is the point of having an account? Electro is beyond frustrating and incompetent, you always need a manager, no matter what, but even then you will be disappointed.
