Got my car cleaned yesterday , came with vacuuming service and they did a horribly lazy job. It doesn’t look like it was vacuumed or cleaned on the inside at all! wasted my money

The detail was not worth $160. Back windows were still dirty. Rear view mirror not touched. Not shine on the tires and rims were half done. Never again.

I brought my car in to have my engine cleaned (so I could get repairs done). I set up an appointment and even checked beforehand to make sure they could clean the ENTIRE engine, as I previously went to another detailing shop and they only cleaned the top. Despite being told they could clean the underside of the engine, the employees seemed confused when I brought it in. I was even more confused when I realized they didn’t have a lift, so they couldn’t clean the underside of the engine. I mentioned this to them, so they called their boss who explained to me, over the phone, that the engine underside will get clean because of the “dripping water”. I knew that sounded like complete BS, but I was desperate to get my car repaired, and I’m not an expert, so I made the mistake of choosing to believe him. Since they didn’t have a lift, I obviously couldn’t check if the underside was cleaned, but I brought it my mechanic afterwards who confirmed it was not cleaned properly.

They are a rip off. They got kids barely 12 conducting business and whoever the youngster with the dreadlocks is hella rude and argumentative. They charged me $160 for interior cleaning and left it filthy…. I will never refer anyone there….

Super disappointed came back to a car with a ton of missed spots. Streaks everywhere. Water marks on all of the plastic. When I pointed out bugs still on the mirrors they started wiping them off with a dry rag which is awful for the paint. I like supporting small businesses but I definitely won’t be back.

This was a horrible experience. I guess they have a new owners and it’s definitely not the same . I received my car and it was like they only vacuum it when I paid for the full service of shampooing and etc . I had to tell the gentleman to spray it down again . It was a waste of money . Don’t come here at all

As a regular customer, I was surprised when I received a quote that seemed unusually high compared to my previous visits. After expressing my familiarity with your pricing structure, the quote was adjusted accordingly.
However, upon returning home, I encountered a significant issue with my car's push start button, which rendered my vehicle inoperable. After seeking assistance from BMW support, it was determined that water ingress had caused a failure in the button mechanism, necessitating a tow to the dealership.
This incident has resulted in not only unexpected expenses but also a considerable loss of time and inconvenience. As someone who has consistently entrusted my vehicle to your service, I am deeply disappointed by this unfortunate turn of events.
I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate measures to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Additionally, I kindly request compensation for the expenses incurred as a result of this incident.
I trust that you will address this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. I appreciate your attention to this issue and look forward to a prompt resolution.

The previous group of detailers / car washers are no longer here. Replaced by a group of students from nearby universities making a side hustle. Owner is still the same. For $40 manual car wash / vacuum, I would say they did an OK job. They did missed some parts which I had to go over myself (thus why the 3 stars). But, what do you expect from non-professional student detailers?
Overall I think they are ok. If I need my car to be cleaned quickly while I do some errands nearby, I might use their service again.

So I gave an additional star. Because I gave them my feedback that they missed some parts of my car. And the next time I sent my car for a wash, they made sure to not miss it anymore. So yeah. I appreciate these kids hustle ?

Good group of hard working employees who are willing to give very accurate estimates for upholstery stain removal - cloth ones are easier to rid of than leather! And car washing!
