Bought a car a few months back and that was a headache but now the water pump went out and unfortunately on this car I'd have to do the timing chain as well or else I'd just do it myself and have a service agreement to get it fixed but I have been trying to get ahold of someone for over a week now and can't get anyone to call me back.

An absolute headache start to finish. I bought a used car from them back in July and that process involved so much time spent listening to their phone ring, unanswered calls, back and forth between CDJR and Maserati, and that was just to purchase. They missed important issues related to the drive train in their pre-sale inspection, which meant I had to bring my vehicle back in for repairs after already purchasing. Their “detailing” was laughable and could have been done better with a baby wipe. Most egregious, they messed up my title paperwork regarding the date of sale which led to more of a headache at the DMV. Go anywhere else, especially if you are expecting to be taken care of at a luxury dealer. I can’t imagine spending Maserati money for the frustration with this dealership.

Update on 10/30: I spoke with Angela from the customer relations team. She was very helpful and empathetic with my situation. She is working on my situation to get the extra charge reversed. I truly appreciate her active listening and quick action.

I called to look at a car and they said well have the car ready for you and you’ll get a “VIP test drive.” I walked into the store and no one looked up from their desk. I got someone’s attention and asked about the car and they had no idea who I was.
No big deal, I could look past it and I test drove the car, liked it and made an offer.
They agreed to by price and I came back to buy the car, they knew that I was preapproved for 5.2% and I said I’d finance with them if they could match it.
After waiting 3 hours, past closing time, I got to see the finance team. He repeated the price we agreed on and said let’s get this paperwork signed and get you out of here.
Later, I realized that on my loan paperwork, it says that the price of the car was $1859 more than what I signed for with the sales team and more than what was on the paperwork for my Missouri title paperwork. I have now called each day multiple times 10/27-10/30 trying to get ahold of someone. On 10/29, I did talk to someone who said that it looks like It was a charge for something aftermarket. I explained to him that I had nothing done to the car, never was asked about adding anything onto the car. He said he’d have the GM call me back.
Of course no one has called me back. I called again today and have just been passed from operator to operator.
Do not trust this dealership. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and be patient. But if I stole $1859 from them, I’m sure they wouldn’t be so patient.

I called Mid Rivers and ask about a 2025 Nissan Versa they have advertised, spoke with Dennis asked if there’s anything wrong with this car 🚗 he said there’s nothing wrong 😑 but when I drove 2hrs to buy it the car had a lot of hail damage and scratches and dents, it is ridiculous 😱, I know I was trying to buy a low end vehicle. Sure would hate to see what they try to pull off on the Maserati cars. Then they act like they had no clue about the damage 🤓..

Angela has reached out to me and apologized for the inconvenience caused by the Napleton Group, and made a promise to try to do something about it……
All they can do is try to get you to up your stars.😩😫😖

I Love DAN DRESCHER! He was not my original person at first it was Alan (he was awesome too) but Dan stood out to me so much more for treating me like human not just a sell I felt like where were family and not just money involved. Any issues even on his off day this man did not play. Y’all are sleeping on Napleton but I would love to give this man his flowers before anyone else Dan Thank u so much and also I sent my ohana there & there not disappointed. Now take my review seriously and send everyone you know to Napleton but not any Napleton the one in St. Peter’s ask for Dan and tell the Nicole sent you !!! 🥰

We did not end up purchasing a vehicle from Napleton Maserati but Alan Borrelli was a great salesperson! He was genuinely kind and did not pressure us into a vehicle that did not fit our needs. He offered us his information and asked is to call if we had any questions. Thank you Alan!!!

We were promised “very aggressive discounts” and even a so-called VIP service. I actually took time off to come in. Instead, no one showed up on time, and we ended up with the same salesperson who had already left us waiting an hour the day before. Rude, dismissive, unprofessional — and couldn’t even be bothered to hand me a business card.
And those famous “aggressive discounts”? A few hundred dollars. That’s not aggressive, that’s insulting.
What’s worse, the way we were treated felt clearly unfair. Totally a waste of my time and energy to even engage with this place — disrespectful, dishonest, and the opposite of what they promised as “VIP service.”
— Update: I don’t know the employee’s name because he never gave me a card. What I do know is that this dealership misled us with false promises, showed poor attitude, and wasted my afternoon off when I came seriously prepared to buy. Just sharing my disappointment and a terrible experience.

Honest sales people that aren’t pushy. Jubohre was fantastic to work with! I walked in on a Friday, immediately drove the car I was interested in without any questions asked and walked out with my new car a couple hours later. They didn’t try to hard sell any extra products or services, just straight to the deal. Would definitely recommend working with them again on a future purchase. Thank you!!!
