I rented last weekend. Max was amazing! It was super busy and he had one customer that had a very interesting situation. Max handled everyone so well. When I dropped my car off the next day he was working again, same great customer service!

We rented a Tahoe for 10 days from St Louis. On our last day one of the tires had a slow leak. I contacted Enterprise who directed me 20 miles from where I was to location in Pensacola Florida and were promptly given a new vehicle. Pick up, exchange of vehicle and return could not have been smoother.

The ease of reserving, picking up, and dropping off is amazing. The website can be a little confusing about the sizes of suv's and the office itself was understaffed but I have been dealing with Enterprise a long time and overall the service is outstanding!
