I called before picking up my rental car to confirm everything was in place, and it was. Upon arrival, the young girl who was in the counter directly received me and my partner with an attitude. They didn't want to take my partners card without a bill for water or electricity under his name. We told her that it comes included in our rental agreement, so we don't have them. However, we can show the payments for our rental (which includes this). The lady just closed off, passed us to this other young guy, AND LEFT! I told him that I have an international driver's license that I will take the rental under my name, and he started asking me questions as if he was an official from customs and border protection. He then started to make excuses and raised his voice asking me for my passport right away. I gave him my US residence card, and he said that this is not a valid ID. Come on! We are in 2024 and enough is enough. Having lived and worked in the US for almost 10 years and I still find this BS people. NO ONE IS CARRYING A PASSPORT 24/7 AND LESS WHEN I DO HAVE A VALID RESIDENCE AND ID CARD FROM THE US. This is horrible customer service, not correct, and very discriminatory. MAKE YOUR POLICIES CLEAR FROM THE BEGINNING, MAKE CLEAR TO WHO YOU WOULD RENT OR NOT A CAR, AND HIRE PEOPLE WHO MATCHES YOUR COMPANY VALUES AND CULTURE. If these people reflect that, then no one with an accent should rent a car from this company ever again. Heads up everyone, don't waste your time renting here and supporting this BS.

I have used this location twice and I would definitely use it in the future. When I picked up my vehicle I was only inside for 5 minutes at the most. I was put in a 2023 Corolla and I really enjoyed driving it. I did not want to go back to my older car! I was able to leave my rental at the dealership next door when picking up my car. This made the process extremely easy. I received a follow up call two days later for my contract to be wrapped up and my deposit processed. The employee, John, that I spoke to was very polite, friendly, and personable. He asked how I liked the Corolla and he was happy to hear how much I enjoyed it. I appreciated him asking me about the car I was put in and how my experience was getting my rental through them. Thank you, John, for your amazing customer service! Keep up the good work!

Worst online service, you will never get connected to a representative like ever! Someone answers the call and aks to hang up then call them back and press * to get connected for the pick up service. When you do the same after one ring you hear nothing this is the same situation if you select talk to a customer service representative option as well

Workers here are nice and it was an easy pickup and drop off. Not really their fault but the policy of bringing the car back with the same amount of gas is a little irritating. I think you should just receive it with a full tank and just return it with a full tank It would make it easier.

Better make sure your outgoing rental tank is full or you’re screwed upon return. Impossible to return with same amount of gas unless it’s full going out. Despite being told “it’s close enough” when I turned in the car, they hit me with a $8+ charge to refuel.Enterprise Rent-a-Car customer service twice promised a refund from this office, but I couldn’t reach them and they didn’t call me. I’m done. Budget is better.

This office illegally parks cars in the restricted space to access cars in the handicapped space. I wasn't able to get into my car and the branch manager refused to move the car. No acknowledgment of being in the wrong or apologizing for breaking the law. Obviously no consideration for handicapped people using this shopping center.

Unreal, that I place a reservation in the morning for noon, show up just to be told that they don't have a single car available. I didn't get the courtesy of a phone call prior to the reservation that my vehicle wouldn't available. 3 Hours later "nothing available" Since there's no cars maybe someone could have called another location to see if they had anything available.Then basically told don't call us we'll call you. When they close in two hours. Beyond frustrating!

The schedule on the website and door clearly read closing time as 6pm M-Th. At 5:30 the door was locked and the manager tells me that the building is closing because he has to get home to his kids!! Wow!!

Nothing but excellent service. I’m very happy with the polite and professional service I received from Josh and the other guys during my recent rental. The car that I rented, although not my style, was very nice, clean and had more features than I needed. I even gave it a nickname…Smurfette!
