I recently had the pleasure of encountering Manager Hannah at Enterprise Rent-A-Car after a less than pleasant experience with a worker named Llou. Who had a very irritated spirit and attitude which progressively got worse after mentioning the inside of the vehicle was still unclean/ unsanitary.In addition, to ordering me to do things with no explanation. Then vacuuming out the vehicle sloppily hitting me in the process.At the Enterprise on West Florissant,St.Louis, Mo. I do ask that this worker receive disciplinary action immediately, their customer service is not on par, for an establishment such as Enterprise! The manager did state it was propably a language barrier, but I feel if they have communication issues why are they not being supervised etc.From the moment Hannah stepped in, my entire experience took a 180-degree turn for the better.
Hannah's professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for customer satisfaction were truly remarkable. She listened attentively to my concerns about the previous encounter and went above and beyond to make sure that my current experience was nothing short of exceptional. If not for Hannah my horrible experience with IIou would make me not want handle business with Enterprise anymore.

After another St Louis Entetprise didn't have my car even though I had a reservation, this one went above and beyond to help us unlike the Kiener Plaza Enterprise. Hannah was extremely polite and helpful despite being extremely busy at that time. Can't thank them enough!

I had a reservation through my insurance company. Hannah at the West Florissant location in St. Louis told me she had a Toyota Corolla yesterday on 6/4 but could get me in a full size this morning around 8 am 6/5. I called before I went this morning and no car. Supposedly a couple were out getting oil changes and I was told to call back around 11:30. I did and a guy said they were back and I could head that way. He put me on hold and then said call back after 12. I just did and Hannah said no vehicles are back yet. I told her the guy said they were and she said no they weren’t. Too many games. I guess if you’re getting a rental through insurance they don’t want to help. I worked for them for 6 years so I know the games they play. I see they’re still up to them.

Incapable of picking up the phone. I've tried multiple times now, I am put on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on. I got a flat tire with the rental car, switched it out for the spare, and now I can't contact them to find out what I need to do. I would recommend renting from anywhere else in the city.

Just another Enterprise to continuously disappoint. This one didn’t even call to cancel, but I know how these places function, so I called and they told me they wouldn’t have a car. Saved myself the Uber. Do yourself a favor and never do business with an Enterprise.

I have rented from this establishment several times. This place isn't the best for rental cars, but they more than make up for it with their customer service. I will continue to rent with them as they are walking distance from my home and the people that work there try really hard to help.
