I’ve rented vehicles from Enterprise multiple times over the past few years due to travel demands for work. Every single person I’ve dealt with, at any location I’ve been to (mostly in the South County/St. Louis County areas) has been so friendly. I always return the car wishing I could just trade it with my own! They’re always clean and comfortable, and always have fun (to me) and helpful features, like Apple Car Play, great storage space and cup holders! Haha! It’s the small things that make great customer service and Enterprise has it! Thank you for making things easy and for being so friendly!

My car is in the shop and I have a warranty and have been trying for an hour to get a car rental but nobody can help me. I've been on the phone with 5 different people for an hour so naturally I'm very frustrated at this point just to get hung up on by this place. Enterprise is frigging Joke!!

They did not have rental car available on day had confirmed reservation very frustrating. Why make a reservation and have it confirmed to only get dropped off to pick car up and be told, we don’t have a car… no calls from enterprise to advise of this or try to find a vehicle from another location.

The staff here are genuine and polite. They will go the extra mile to take care of there customers. And since the new manager the quality has only gone up.

Enterprise South county refused to bill a vehicle meant for a business trip to my debit card. They would only allow a credit card to pay for it. I was only informed about this fact when I arrived to pickup the vehicle on a Sunday.

Everyone was nice and courteous.
The first rental I received had some issues. I called and told them about it and they instantly changed me into a new vehicle.

Rented from enterprise previously (the lindbergh location) never had any issues. I made a reservation for a 15 passenger van 2 months in advance at the lemay location they confirmed and send confirmation email. 3 days before our trip they call and leave a voicemail saying they don’t have that vehicle and they will transfer my booking to lindbergh location I called lindbergh location they said they have no idea why they would say or do such a thing so last minute. I contacted them they said they will call around and call me back. Way to ruin someone’s vacation last minute. They should really double check their reservations in advance and not book something they don’t have available.

I placed a reservation two weeks in advance
While we were driving at 7:30 am in route to meet enterprise at 8 am we received a call they had no cars ! I thought what ? I was told it would be early afternoon leaving me stranded for a ride to work from the collision repair
I insisted they pick me up from my job at 12:00 noon after paying for a ride to get to work
The gentleman who picked me up was very kind
When I get to enterprise I had originally requested a mid size SUV two weeks in advance
Of course they came out with a tiny compact SUV / dent in the front / small crack in the window with 50 k miles and drives rough
Extremely low to the ground and I am older with a knee replacement ! No one there was rude / just matter of fact that this was all they had ! Too bad so sad was the attitude ! I would never place my trust into enterprise or this location ! Thank you

The team at this location deserves a raise. As 0f 04/22/2024 this team went above the call of duty. Not only was the car I rented was clean, it was very reliable. The crew performed the best I've seen in a long time. That's just the half of it. After I dropped the car off. I was waiting for a cab to take me back to my hotel room. After waiting for the cab for over an hour, Steve asked me if anything was wrong an do I need a ride. Just waiting for the cab. Well cab didn't show and I needed to be at the airport. Steve, Ed, Andrew, and the lady who helped me get on my way. Above and beyond the call of duty, Steve brought me back to the hotel. Steve save the day, however it's all about the team, their leadership, and caring that makes this location great and should be rewarded for their efforts. Enterprise, your training for your employees is great. My family and I arrived safe at home thanks to your teams location at 3633 Lemay Ferry Rd. location. Once again thank you for every thing for my family.

This is a new post 04/22/2024. My name is Vince, and I personally give this review a 5 star rating. Thanks to Steve, Andrew, Ed, and the lady who helped me get on my way to my grandsons wedding. The car was very clean, new (2023) Audi, But that's not even the half of it. When I returned the car, I was waiting for a cab for over 1 hour, Steve asked me if I needed a ride, I told him I was waiting for a cab. He said if I needed a ride back to my hotel to ask Ed, sure enough, This crew took the extra time and effort to make sure that I was safe. I was on a time crunch needed to get my family back home. Thanks to your help and your team at 3633 Lemay Ferry Rd, for that simple act of caring for their customers, Steve along with the rest of that crew should be rewarded. And for that ,my family and I will always use your service. Also any one traveling to St. louis that I know of I will highly recommend your place. All our best The Ada Family.
