They're good at taking the reservation but they are not good at keeping the reservation. I had a confirmed reservation that I made 2 days beforehand and they waited 10 minutes before it was time to pick up the car before calling me and telling me they had no cars. Not sure why they couldn't have told me a day beforehand. While I was taking a cab to another rental car place, the driver told me that Enterprise at this location does this all the time.

I called about getting a car less than 1 hr before close on a Friday and then had to walk 15 minutes to get there before they closed. Logan helped me and was very professional, courteous and kind and arranged me a good car for what I needed. He explained all costs and rules clearly and sent me on my way. I rented for a week but returned a day early. Again, Logan was there and was very kind and friendly. I was refunded for the day I didn't use and received my deposit back promptly. Would recommend!

I arrived 30 minutes before the pickup time, and didn't receive a car until two hours later.When I finally received the car, it had a cracked windshield and low tire pressure.Just take an Uber to the airport and rent from there.

I've had multiple bad experiences at this location. First time I waited close to 2 hours for the car to be available, they offered me a discount for not giving them a negative feedback. Second time I had to wait around 20 mins for someone to bring a car from another location. Third time time I needed it for my work and was scheduled to pick it up at 8 am and received a call from them at 7.55 am when I was 2 mins from the location, telling me it is not ready and if I can wait to pick it up. They didn't have an ETA when it would be actually ready and expected me to wait for an unspecified amount of time. I was told all their cars needed an oil change. Don't book at this location if you need the car for something time sensitive.

Really dissapointing! Walked in in the evening and reserved a car for next morning 07:30. As we got in there, no car available, no compensation offered or any sign of trying to find a solution for us. Arrogant attitude and poor service. A lapidar appology is not enough in this case because this ruined our daytrip in the area. Very unfortunate!

Great location if you work downtown and need to rent a car QUICK!! I made my reservations online, and when I got there Mr. Rice had my car ready to go. He went above my expectations, and made sure I was completely satisfied when I picked up and dropped off my rental. I'll definitely use this location again!
