“First time using UHaul. Liked the convenience of being able to transport our stuff myself. Easy sign in process through the app. The truck was empty of windshield wiper fluid and I would have benefited from another small mirror on my passenger side like the drivers side had. Overall decent experience and would do it again.”

“I needed a 3/4 ton truck on short notice. Jack Lucy and Ian Mathes found a truck and had me on my way quickly. Jack and Ian were both very personable and easy to communicate with during the entire process.The truck was clean and still had that new car smell. “I rented a truck and had no problems getting one and dropping it off. There was a slight problem with the mileage reporting, however it was quickly sorted out. I would have given five stars however the truck itself was in rough shape, with a constant burning metal smell and the doors hardly being able to close.”
“Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and extremely helpful. Earl at the front desk was super personable and ensured I was taken care of to the fullest extent. I regret not getting the name of the individual who helped me pick up my trailer, since he went above and beyond to ensure I got a trailer and everything was working. I couldn't recommend this location enough and I'll happily be back for any of my needs.”

“Overall a great experience. The truck was ready when it was supposed to be and pickup was fast. It was a newer truck and drove well. The hand cart we rented was essential for a move. They gave us a discount beyond AAA without us asking which was generous. There was a flat tire on the way and we got personalized customer service over the phone. Were allowed to go to the most convenient tire shop location for us and Penske paid. Drop off took less than 2 minutes. Only drawback was the roof was leaking in heavy rain. This could be really bad depending what you're hauling. They credited us $50. 16' fits more than you think if packed very well.”
“Not only does this location have nice, clean, and spacious interior, but the staff are really great. A rough looking gentleman had come in and was lost after being dropped off in the wrong location, and the staff worked with him to figure out where he was trying to go, and drew a little map so he could find it without getting lost. I was just really impressed with the empathy displayed, enough that I wanted to share as soon as I walked out the door. Thanks for being good members of our community.”
“Don’t expect a slick corporate experience; it’s a combination uhaul/convenience store/pawn shop/cell phone dealer. That said, it seems to be a family business and everybody I dealt with there was helpful friendly and patient, which is more than I’ve gotten at other uhaul stores in the area.”

“I came to this store to get a cr*p ton of moving and packing supplies. I used their mobile self-checkout which was nice however I accidentally selected the wrong store location (and I'd already loaded everything into my car), meaning I had to unload the entire car, put everything back, drive to the other store, and load up my entire car again. Here enters our hero employee: Pam!! Pam tried to fix my problem 50 ways to Sunday, she called the other store, tried to cancel the order, transfer the order, all the works. She eventually ended up walking the other store through the solution step by step as no one but her seemed to know how to fix it. I genuinely hope she's the manager and if not she deserves a fat raise for going above and beyond. Also a really nice guy employee helped me load everything in my car and was so kind and smiley, everyone was great in general. Definitely recommend this store.”
