I needed a 3/4 ton truck on short notice. Jack Lucy and Ian Mathes found a truck and had me on my way quickly. Jack and Ian were both very personable and easy to communicate with during the entire process. The truck was clean and still had that new car smell. The next time I need a truck I will be calling them.

The entire team here is great. They always have been. I've been working with Enterprise truck rental for over 5 years now. I use to rent for me another company but after ridiculous and bogus charges time after time I found myself at Enterprise. Never once have we been charged for anything other than the mileage and the trucks we rented that wasn't on us. On top of that the staff is amazing. I know I'm going to forget somebody but Kelly, Ian, Eric, Ryan, Michael, and anyone who's been their since 2018 has been great. We've never had one bad experience. When they send up the follow-up review you should always give them five stars. Anything less counts against them and that's just not fair to the staff that works here. You may find a staff as good as easy people but you won't find one better.

Had a great experience renting a 3/4 ton Ram truck. Enterprise team was super friendly and helpful including providing a hitch reducer. Definitely makes me rethink the need of buying a truck when I could just rent one two handle the couple of times I really need one a year.

We have rented many vehicles for many years from Enterprise and our service and support from Kelly Faron was top notch. He treated in the most professional manner and was quick on his feet to accommodate some last minute arrangements. He made a long distance rental quick and easy.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a rental company. First my rates started at 1300/ month for an f250 and 1500 a month for a f450. This was in Jan 2021. After returning 2 f250's and being promised another vehicle halfway thru my prepaid month they never supplied another vehicle. On top of this they promised a prorated refund but instead I got charged a new rate of 1700 on August 1st. and they refuse to acknowledge they overcharged me so yes I was upset. Next they came and towed my f450 which is our main tool truck for our company. It still had our fuel cell, tool boxes and tools inside. This was in mid - August and I have yet to get our equipment returned and they brought 6 police officers to help them. After showing the salesman Nick infront of the police my overcharged bank statements he stated that I could have fabricated them.So between not recieving my prorated return, one month where they charged me three times for one vehicle they never refunded, charging me in august for a non existant rental and the prorating of the f450 early repo, and down time from not having my tools, fuel cell, and tool truck this easily cost my company over $15,000 above what was agreed upon and the damage to our reputation for not being prepared for our projects is unmeasurable. This has been a nightmare and I will be seeking damages . I will keep you all posted but please do yourself a favor and find any other solution to your logistics needs than these guys at the Watson location in St. Louis. Nick and his crew are totally rude and almost intentionally are a suicide wish for your company if you rely on consistent billing and reliable transportation!

I have been doing business with Enterprise for many years and have rented for long periods of time.. sometimes months on end. They go above & beyond when a situation presents itself. They work with you on giving you the best price possible, especially if you are on an extended rental. One year I drove their cars more than my own. That year I gained the utmost respect for Enterprise, their policies & how they treat their customers! I will not rent from another company unless there is no other option. I'm never satisfied when I've rented elsewhere so I will pay extra if that is the case.. which typically isn't the case.Just recently our company was called out on an emergency by Homeland Securities to restore cellular communications services on the West Coast. Both company vehicles needed serviced to make that trip but there was no time to get that done. As well, we really needed to haul our trailer for these jobs, which makes everything a little more tricky! Renting a truck is easy, renting a truck where the company allows you to pull a trailer not so! That's where Enterprise Truck Rental came in & saved a lot of hassle of not having our trailer. Not only did they allow pulling of the trailer, they were the most reasonably priced on the rental itself! They were able to get the vehicle we needed in the timeframe we needed it in. Because we were in the middle of the pandemic, we handed our transaction outside. I appreciate the efforts of keeping all of us safe.I would highly recommend giving Enterprise a chance to earn your business and hope if you do, you are as satisfied as I have been all these years!

We had a terrific experience! Renting a truck for towing was a new experience for us. We had a new RV and needed to tow it from St Louis to LA. With no experience and little knowledge we called Enterprise. Fortunately JAKE was patient, understood are needs and assured use that he would get the correct vehicle. He went above and beyond with researching and customer care. He made what could have been a daunting experience relatively easy!

The truck was not the truck I initially wanted. They gave me a "bigger" truck for $40 extra per day. I returned it at 5:15pm or so and had to use the nighttime drop box. I received an email three days later stating there was damage to the truck. It took almost five hours to get through to a customer service person in KC, MO. The girl who answered stated she had pictures and could not really tell where the damage was. I was to file a claim through my insurance or pay cash. I have no statement of damages or an amount to pay so what do I submit to my insurance? I've used Enterprise in the past, but this experience has been so upsetting that I will not ever be going back. Produce pictures that you have, send me a bill, or someone call me, but to handle this in this manner is so unprofessional and underhanded.

I reserved a cargo van weeks ago to help my daughter move. Today I received a call - 48 hours from pick-up time - that the van would not be available and was only offered a pick up truck as a replacement. Totally unacceptable on every level. I called another Enterprise Truck Rental to see if they had vans available and the person I was talking to said that the Watson Road location has been calling HIS location all week looking for cargo vans. He described my situation as “poor fleet management†by Watson Road. I would have to agree and I will never be back.

Good experience overall, wish I didn't have to pay for an additional day when I turned vehicle in a couple of hours late due to weather.
