Recently bought a used Tesla P100D from Rich and Mary Beth at Ernie Patti. They made the whole process simple and easy and could not have been more friendly. Do not let the location scare you away! They have many nice pre-owned higher end luxury cars for reasonable prices. I came from Illinois just for a test drive and left with a great car!

I came in and bought a Range Rover from Richard . I bought a vehicle full of problems . I ended up paying over 4k in repairs with no assistance the dealership did not help . Offering 500 to an over 4k bill. I do not recommend doing business with this company .He did not honor the warranty. This really put me in hard spot . No deal!!

I live in Illinois, and I have looking for a car for quite a while. Last week my search found one in Fenton Mo. On Saturday I decided to drive down and just have a look. The car was everything I was looking for and Rich the fellow at the dealership was excellent - VERY friendly, accommodating (NO high pressure), professional and knowledgeable. Bottom line - I bought the car, and it was delivered yesterday. I couldn't be happier - the entire staff at Ernie Patti Auto Sales is top notch. They made my car buying experience pleasant, and very easy - one that we all hope it should be. Ernie Patti has a great inventory, and their customer service is superior! Sold me not only 1 car with a missing title but then tried to make it right by switching me into another car only to have that car have a laundry list of problems that the guy Jay said they would fix to then not only go back on his word but the second car ended up having a lien on the title as well. If I could I would give this place 0 out of 5 stars. I would honestly save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere.
