I brought my car here to repair cosmetic damage to the bumper and fender. The work they did is generally fine, and at first they genuinely seemed to want to provide good service. Even so, a few things went wrong that cause significant frustration.First, they told me to drop off my car two days before they were actually ready to work on it, and then disassembled it even though not all the parts they needed had arrived. The car was drivable, so every additional day they kept it meant I was paying for a rental car. They ultimately had it for 15 days to do "a week's worth of work." They apologized, but nobody seemed to want to take responsibility, and at the end of the day the extra time in the rental car cost me several hundred dollars out of my own pocket.Next, when I arrived to pick up my car, having been told it was ready, they revealed that they had caused additional damage while working on it and were still waiting for the replacement part to arrive. I could take the car, but would have to bring it back when the part arrived. I also discovered that they had damaged one of my windows. In both cases they billed my insurance for the damage that they caused.

Wow! I was visiting from out of town after hitting something on the highway and damaging my bumper.Not where I wanted to spend my birthday, but the great service made my day!Steven came out to take a look and helped immediately!The customer service from the first phone call with Cameron and then Steven's help was outstanding! I highly recommend them!

After a bold thief stole our catalytic converter from right in front of our house, in full view of the entire street’s cameras, in the middle of the street, and in the broad daylight, we had to get the exhaust repaired. As a preferred shop with our insurance company, we were able to get right in, had excellent service, and now have a quiet car again. Highly recommended.

This collision center was excellent to work with. Very clear communication, excellent front desk staff, and easy to coordinate with car rental company. I give especially high marks for one of their specialists, Steven (sp?) for being particularly warm and accommodating throughout the process.

I had a horrible experience at Ernie Patti Collision with estimator Bill Hayes. He was very rude and unprofessional. I went in for a car estimate. Bill walked me outside to begin the estimate. The initial conversation with Bill was unfriendly and not very welcoming, but I overlooked it multiple times. He proceeded to inspect my vehicle. Then I asked him to take pictures of my entire vehicle to assess all damage. He was very quick with me and denied my request. He told me that he would not do anything other than what was on his assignment and said so in a very rude manner! At that point i called my insurance company and spoke with the claims adjuster on speaker phone and he told Bill to please assess the entire vehicle and he would handle it further. Bill continued to deny me additional support and was very disrespectful. He walked inside while I was still on the phone and told me he's just not doing it. After a few minutes I went back inside to meet Bill so he could speak with my claims adjuster. Bill didn't even want to speak with him and proceeded to say that I was lying about my damage, that he wasn't doing it and doesn't care and had a full blown debate about what I happened to my vehicle as if he was at the scene of the incident, instead of simply doing his job. He threw a temper tantrum and walked off. He denied me additional support and accused me of lying about the assess damage to my vehicle. After he returns with another employee possibly a supervisor he begins to have an argument with me right in front of the entire staff and customer, all while the claims adjuster was still on speaker phone. At the point I was being discriminated against and wasn't comfortable receiving services. I asked for my keys back and told the staff I would else where where I feel respected. Bill threw my keys on the counter and looked me right in my eyes with the most disgusted look and told me I can leave. This was a horrific experience! Very poor customer service.

I took my damaged car there recently. Their customer service is great and I was very pleased with the work that was done. Recommend!
