I have a very downscale Mercedes-Benz with very low mileage that i want to keep for a long time, and even though this place normally services upscale luxury cars like Bentley's and Rolls-Royce's, they took very good care of my little C-class. It's not easy to find a reputable car repair shop, and Schwarz, Ltd. showed its quality.

Eric and Fred grew up in the business and really know the cars they work on, Rolls-Royce and Bentley cars in particular. Sadly too many Rolls-Royce and Bentley cars wind up in the wrong hands. These are the right hands.

Horrible horrible place to do business with they took $100 to guarantee a spot I had to wait two months told my car there tow truck driver say that he didn't even look at the car just walked out to look at it called me said he wanted 3200 hours before doing anything and that my car was worthless and next thing I know they sent the car back and left me a total of two tow bills and kept my money stay away this place is not honest

I found Erwin Schwarz LTD after a less than desirable experience with a dealership mechanic visit. I sought a trusted, tenured, generationally-reputational shop. The shop, and Fred the operator, exceeded my expectations in every way. The business is run top notch. Employees operate with high integrity and honesty. Fred is pragmatic, thoughtful, and knowledgable. Fred always made time to visit with me when I came to visit to carefully explain what was happening with the vehicle, my options, and to provide guidance and a steady hand when needed. I never once questioned his integrity of the quality their work.
I've just sold the car that brought me to this shop, but I can assure you should I ever need european car work done again, Fred most assuredly has my business.

Let me start by saying I haven't had the pleasure of doing business with Erwin for probably 15 or 20 years now. But he was my go-to guy when I lived in St Louis for 12 years and he was the man who serviced my 1976 silver shadow. I just recently suggested my new mechanic outside Chicago get in touch with Erwin as part of his quest to find some parts for my car, knowing how helpful Erwin and his son always were in the past. All my best to Erwin his family and his employees.

You took advantage of an elderly lady by telling her she needed over $20,000 worth of work on a car you aren’t even authorized to work on. You didn’t follow simple request such as save the old tires and return them to use for a spare. Be careful people they don’t tell you that you need extra stuff in order to make money. Then you had the car for over a month and it was damaged while in your car. This may not be my car but is someone i love and you took advantage of her and for that i feel others should know.
