I have been a patient of Dr. Buckley’s for the past 10yrs, since before she even joined Esse Health and I can’t begin to explain how much I appreciate the effort she puts into her patient care!! I will continue to keep her as my PCP as long as I can!

I really liked my doc when i saw her but I've only gotten to see her one time. The phone system was down for weeks which I understand happens. But once I finally got an appointment I got lost on the way there because it had been MONTHS since I'd been to the office. I called to get some directions because my map took me to the mercy building and the staff who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. All she did was tell me that I was at the wrong place and because I was late they had to reschedule me. I'm positive this is a common issue since she knew where I was but instead of helping me she just made me feel stupid. So I'll find a new office.

WOW! Very unprofessional and not very knowledgeable. Definitely not the kind of treatment you want from a doctors office. Just not nice people. Very sad.

If I could give this office a zero I would. Terrible communication. Terrible follow through. Standing in the lobby with the lady trying to get a manager to come up and help and all the workers are in the back laughing about dogs. Manager won't come out to talk. Been seeing Dr Koli for 30 years. This office staff is TERRIBLE and I'm surprised Dr Kolli is still in business after being treated the way I was just treated.

they don’t help with anything. they prescribed my mom a medication and my insurance needed prior authorization from the doctor and the doctor hasn’t responded. it’s been a month. i call and they always take my number and never call back or fix the issue. do NOT go here. unprofessional.

I tried to be more understanding but looking at the recent reviews, it wasnt just me who feel the same way towards Diane/reception. It does not have to be overly friendly or even compassionate. At least dont be condescending

I tried to call to set up an appointment and the lady was very rude over the phone. She was extremely short with me and had no kindness in the fact that I'm just trying to get help.

STAY AWAY!
Dana the office manager is rude, the front office ladies don’t scan documents in and are snotty on the phone. I’ve had so many issues ever since my old PCP retired. There is many other options for better care out there!

They will no longer see me after i missed one appointment, no warning. It's annoying of course because it's inconvenient but im also relieved I can find a better office with better policies in place and availability for patients

This Health Care service was very disrespectful. They claimed that I No called No showed to my first appointment so I cannot make a new appointment now even after I called the morning of and sat on hold for 15 minutes even before I could cancel my appointment. They told me that if i didnt know the name of the person I talked to on the phone that i cancelled with- that they had to count me as a no call no show. This is rediculous way to treat new patients. After spending hours on the phone talking to clients on the phone how could they possibly expect me to remember the name of the lady I talked to a month ago. This campany is very unproffessional and disrespactful to new patients. I would look other places as they they think are too good for new patients even if you had a last minute emergency. Within 24 hours you cannot cancel but once you have had an appointment then its okay to cancel? Makes alot of sense to me. Policy this policy that whatever happened to custoemer service ? Apparently this company does not care about anything that is going on in their customers lifes for them to cut someone off before even getting the chance to see them.
