I came in today to rent a unit at this location after moving from a different Extra Storage location. Charmell was so sweet and patient, helping me navigate everything and putting up with all of my questions so I was armed with all the info I needed. As usual, everything was so quick and easy!
Aside from that, I was really impressed with how she was able to handle several people’s needs at once, quickly, efficiently and kindly. She is a gem and customer service like hers and Jay’s (Vandeventer loc) is what sets Extra Storage apart from other places. I hope to do business with ES for a long time to come. Thank you!
