everything was too expensive. Had to buy their lock. It was $30. Had to buy their insurance. It was $11 a month. it was clean, but the monthly rate was outrageous for a small storage shed

Jim is just awesome ! He’s so informative and knows his stuff , I wasn’t left having questions about anything; he’s very helpful as well. Definitely would recommend this location to anybody who asks, or that is looking to store. Especially if you’re in healthcare. They have the perfect square foot sized units for storing records or anything work related that has to be kept under privacy previsions due to hipaa policy’s.

We just moved out of extra space after 8 years. There service has been incredible. Moving out was simple and we even moved our date a second time which they were fine with since we didn't go past the bill date.
The past 8 years our price kept imcreasing because the longer you keep your stuff there, the more your unit becomes. It was affordable until recently and unfortunately, we had to find a cheaper storage. It seemed like every 4-6 months our price would increase. The last month we were there, I had to call to see if it was set in stone or not. The manager worked with us and we were able to stay a little longer. Unfortunately. With other bills, the price our unit became after 8 years was a price we were not willing to keep paying. We did have a great experience overall and the access to get in was very simple. Seemed like since being an outside unit, some mice got in and into some of our stuff which we ended up throwing out. Drive up units and all different sizes.
