They advertise as 24/7 access but they asked me why would I need to come after 10pm? Ummmmmm ummmm..... Why do u think? We were unloading our things, 2nd load and a woman working saw us come in twice. She stopped after passing us on her golf course and backed up and asked you guys aren't trying to hang out her right? And why would we want to do that???? Please please tell me why we would want to do this?! This is just a strange place and kinda scary.

DO NOT store at this company!
They conduct in unethical business practices. They price gauge and raise their prices 2 months after you move in and continue to raise the prices cause they calculated that the customer will have no choice but stay as it will be inconvenient to move out and rent a moving truck. Place is dirty and walls are dusty.
It used to be good years ago but it is not worth storing at extraspace
There are other companies out there that will not rip you off and treat you right.
Passed on my experience storing there to the folks thinking to store at this place

Well the phone experience was inaccurate at the call center and the cost was much higher at the actual site. The female was not knowledgeable at all of all the extra expenses. Never stated any of them. I felt sorry for Jason at the site on Tesson Ferry he had to explain all the hidden extra fees. I will not recommend this storage unit company anyone. However I did pay for the full 6 months. I will probably after that I will try another competitive company. Maybe they will have a better knowledgeable call center and no hidden other fees.

This location is fantastic! It is clean and I always felt safe here when I had to come at night. I would definitely recommend them! If I ever have storage needs in the future I will be using them again!
