Roberto was personable and professional with golden hospitality and got me storage unit quickly & taught me how to use the lock. I've had a unit before in 2021-22 time & love that I can drive inside then go to my unit. It's safe & secure in & out quickly.

Our experience renting a unit this summer was great. We had no issues getting access to the unit or with anything that happened over the summer. For a place to store college stuff over the summer it was extremely convenient and afforadable.

Facilities and service are 5/5 stars, no complaints. If you don't mind suddenly paying through the roof, that is.
3 months after starting here, I received a notice in the mail saying monthly rental fees were increasing by 95%. The explanation was this to reflect market conditions "to the extent permitted by applicable law." Absolute bait and switch, unacceptable business behavior!
