The Big Bend location is such a great spot for storage. The facility is always clean and fresh. Ronda takes great care of every customer and is so nice to deal with. Do not hesitate to rent space here.

Ronda was AMAZING! I stopped by a few storage companies to choose a secure location for my prized possessions! I was so impressed with her professionalism, knowledge and willingness to find me the most suitable space. I highly recommend Extra Space on Big Bend!

My rental started out as $64 and 4 months later I get a bill for $116 for the same unit. They “said “ they sent a letter to the address on file but to this date, I have not received anything. The true customer service thing to have done would have been to follow up with a call and/or put it on my file. So I moved out.

Matt was most helpful, despite having to fill in for missing staff. Though he was having to field a number of phone calls, he took the time to show me the units in the sizes I was interested in and thoroughly explained the rental and insurance fees. He assisted me through the paperwork and made the whole process painless. I was impressed with his professionalism.

The place is clean and easy to access even with a large vehicle. Tammy is super helpful with any questions or concerns. We bought our own locks but you can purchase from the office. They have Dollies to use as well.
