Clean place. Staff very nice. Rented a unit for an anticipated move that got delayed. Would have kept my stuff there but they sent a letter saying prices would double ($88 to 165) at the next billing, so pulled my stuff back out. Probably a seasonal thing, but that was annoying.

I was able to see this storage place when my son used it in December 2023. So I was already familiar with how nice the units are. So it was a fairly easy decision to want to storage my items here as well. Nice, clean facility! Very helpful staff. - Adrianna Guagliata 3/2024

Tammy, at the Big Bend location, is wonderful and always gives timely information and notifications. She is definitely the ideal customer service rep and prefer this interaction instead of the mechanical online pay system.

I would highly recommend life storage on Big Ben, Rd the store manager Tammy helped me with everything I needed to know about renting a unit and I love that the facility was nicely kept I Will be most definitely recommending this location to my friends and family

This is my 2nd time renting a unit with Life Storage and Tammy was nothing but amazing like my first time! I was able to find a great unit for my small business, and will definitely be coming back to rent a larger one for when I move! Honestly the best person to work with and made it super easy. She really is the definition of customer service and would recommend her and Life Storage to anyone needing Storage space!

Tammy is an extremely patient and easy person to talk to. She helps by coming up with alternative solutions that assisted me in not losing my storage unit as well as listening to my reason for not being able to pay promptly.
