I am disappointed in the dental care my husband received. He was seen today by Alyssa Ly. No questions were asked about current medications or allergies. An X-ray was taken and an infection was discovered. No antibiotics were prescribed and no course of action was provided other than a referral to Endodontics. The least that could have been offered was a work excuse.

If I could rate 0 I would and I ONLY had a conversation with a male that answers the phone in scheduling. The male scheduler was very rude when answering questions and condescending. Also hung up when I wasn't done asking questions. I also work in medical at another community health center, and I have never been so disappoined when speaking to someone on the phone.

I have NEVER been to a physician who truly listened to my ?s and concerns the way that Nurse Practitioner Chelsea did! She is an AMAZING NP!! I had an exemplary visit from the check-in (where the 2 front desk ladies where sweethearts) to the big teddy bear of a security who was just as nice!! I feel horrible because I can't remember the chiropractor's name but he was sweet and attentive as well! I will be back and would recommend this location to ANYONE! 10s across the board!!

Whoever takes calls for appointments was not helpful and rude over the phone. I was calling to make sure my mother in law had an appointment for tomorrow and she said she couldn't speak to me because my name wasn't on the list. Understandable, but I said she was here with me and she hung up on the patient I was calling for after handing the phone over to her. I hope your supervisor sees this and knows that you denied to speak to the patient that doesn't speak English well. I wouldn't recommend this place because of the treatment me and my mother in law went through today. If you don't like your job to completely help the patient, you shouldn't be in that line of work

I was on hold for 2hrs 30min! I was #1 on the wait list and nobody ever picked up my call. Very unprofessional.

man what is with the appointments they told me to call when i was there in person to make it and when i called 15 to 20 minutes for voicemail and they never call back my newborn baby is having aye problem they said they will send priscription it's week no proscription and no answer

I dont appreciate how the coordinators talked to me during my communications with them today. I am a patient care coordinator as well and I don't think the attitudes and the way they talked down to me would be appreciated in these fields. It's about the patients care not the inconvenience that these coordinators feel when patients call them and ask them questions. That's all I have to say.

I enjoy my medical appointments there. Due to the pandemic; you may have waits. Be early for appointments. Check in. Most visits are without incident. But, life happens.

Rude customer service. I asked to be transferred to a translator and the employee who answered the phone said "okay", and just hung up the phone on me. I had to call back again for general questions. Later, I was put on like a 15 minute hold and then got no one to speak with that extension.

People at front desk are terrible at their jobs, they're incompetent and lazy. I had a problem and called to asked, they didn't help, they literally avoided my question several times when I redirected them back to the questions and was very in a hurry to hang up. Their answers never made sense. And when I was supposed to schedule an appointment, they gave reasons why I can't, like helloooo I fit into all the requirements and said I can't, and like how does that make sense when I was told to make an appointment at front desk from doctors/nurses; someone had to stepped in, and was like yeah I can. Front desk people making unnecessary problems and add on top of problems for patients. They not helpful, don't know what they're doing, and lazy. They need to get retrained or reevaluate for their job positions. It's been going on for way too long, very unacceptable and frustrating.
