This vet is amazing. Today I brough my beloved goldfish in as an emergency. Dr. Feagans took tremendous care of him. She explained in detail his treatment and was so helpful on his treatment plan. I highly recommend this facility. The staff is also so amazing, thoughtful, and helpful.

I am sad to say we will no longer be using Family Pet Hospital as our veterinarian provider. We adopted both our cat Lily (from their location) and dog Bruno in 2012. We faithfully and loyally used their services throughout the years. We've come to their clinic dozens of times for checkups and any medical conditions our pets may have needed. After covid, we noticed it was harder to get appointments and had to wait longer, but we remained loyal. Unfortunately, 2 weeks ago when our dog Bruno was on his deathbed, they could not only not get him in for the emergency to ease his suffering, they never even called me back to let me know if they could squeeze him in like they said they would do. Our loyalty to them has been strong, unfortunately their loyalty to the health of our pets and common courtesy to us was not returned. We stuck with them throughout the years, even when appointments were harder to get, but they did not stick with us in our time of need. Unfortunately, we will have to let them go. I see all the positive comments here, but I think it's important to understand that this clinic has gone downhill over the past 4 years due to to so many patients, they don't have time to keep up with old faithful and loyal patients. We had to have our dog put down by a vet we had never even met. By the way, that clinic was compassionate and amazing and got us right in, it was Arch clinic, you may want to check them out.

We love Family Pet Hospital and have been going here for years! When our dog tore his CCL, other vet offices quoted us thousands for extensive surgery that wasn't needed. This hospital saved us thousands and our dog has had no issues since the surgery. Because of their honesty and genuine care of the animals, we started taking our dog here and have been referring people ever since.

Front desk staff is very nice. Dr. Feagans was great. She took her time and was thorough. It is convenient that you can text a photo when you have a question, so they know what you are talking about.

They seem to be more inclined towards exotic animals than your average dog and cat. Despite being a long time patient my sick dog could not get an appointment to see doctor until a week later.

Great Vet. After a not so great experience with our old vet (things kept getting more expensive and the quality of care was declining) I decided to try a new vet for my puppy Cy. Boy am I glad I did. These Vets are wonderful, the office runs like a well oiled machine, and the prices are extremely reasonable. Glad I made the switch...

Have taken 2 cats here, a standard checkup is not nearly as expensive as I've been charged at other vets. Pawsitive atmosphere and the employees seem to be very capable and competent.

The staff are always so nice. I need knee surgery, so I have trouble walking. The staff saw me struggling with my cat carrier. Someone came out and carried it in for me. Someone also carried it out for. I didn't even have to ask.
Love this place.
