I called on a Wednesday for a project I needed by the coming Monday. Steven Hill basically told me get me the artwork and come pick up your signage Monday. I cannot speak highly enough of Steve and his team. They went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. My display signage was absolutely amazing! It was by far the most impressionable and impactful display at the event. FastSigns garnered a loyal patron that day! All our business's signage will be coming from Steve and his team. We appreciate your customer service, your determination to get my project finished, and, of course, the end products were magnificent!

This shop has been fantastic for helping me get my table banner and vertical signs squared away for my new business. The graphics are high quality, vibrant and affordable. The owner Steve even hand delivered my table banner on his way home one day because my timeline was extremely close with an evening event. 10/10 stars. Thanks for everything!!

I manage a new development property downtown, and Fast Signs has been providing our banners, window signage, and more. I'm astounded with how responsive, quick, and caring the team at fast signs is. Cleveland saw a signage issue at my property and went the extra mile to straighten it out. I called in to give him kudos and chatted with Steve (the owner) who was just as caring and enthusiastic. This is the sign shop to go to. I promise - you won't be disappointed.

Working with FastSigns has been great. They've been fast in every sense of the word -- immediate follow-up to my inquiry, great communication, quick turnaround for a proof, and installation of our window decal just days after approving the proof. The collective apathy of this branch is impressive.After a great first conversation with Steve I chose to work with this company but after multiple months of waiting in limbo it was time to move on.Each time I have spoken with them it’s only because I waited a couple weeks then finally reached out wondering how and what the progress is, but after every conversation with both Velvet and Steve in person, in email, and three times over the phone it was as if they had no idea what the project was, the details of it, etc.I have been extremely patient and calm throughout this long process allowing them to keep my business despite the lack of interest they have in customer support, communication, and all around service of their product at all.If you want to wait and wonder if they receive your emails, are creating your product, working on designs, etc. this might be a company to choose, but if you would like a sign (fast or slow) I recommend another company.

I needed 2 very large posters print, mounted on foam core and ready for an event less than 24 hours later. The CWE staff (Steve and Jess in particular) came through in the pinch and got them done that same day! If I ever need signs in the St. Louis area again I will definitely be giving them a call.
